Did not have breakfast. When I made the booking it did say on the website that breakfast was included! Great location. I fronted onto Carrer Roger Lluric and it was not really noisy as I expected when arriving at the hotel. Very helpful staff. Nicely appointed room.

The air con was working on my first day but I could not alter the gauge, so had to pull out the card key to stop the system at night as it became too cold.I complained and the next day it was fixed. The TV was upgraded whilst I was here so I could access English speaking stations. In Australian dollars I was paying around $530 per night as a single occupant and I did think that was expensive…but for 2 people it was a fair cost for the room.

We enjoyed the lounge & terrace area where we could sit and relax as a group. We would bring in snacks & drinks and enjoy some downtime before going out. Gave it a homely feel.

Check-in time is 15h00, which is a bit too late in the day if you are flying in and have been traveling for over 20 hrs. You can ask for earlier check-in, and they did try to accomodate us earlier, however the turnaround time to get rooms clean and ready takes time. They were great at allowing us to relax in lounge whilst we waited. Eventually we could book in at 14h00.

Intimate small/medium sized hotel in an absolutely magnificent location for exploring Barcelona. The room was very comfortable, with excellent facilities and an enormous double bed. Our room contained an outside terrace overlooking a large courtyard. The breakfast (served each morning til 11am!) was superb, buffet style with hot and cold food, and really set you up for the rest of the day. There was a lounge area off the breakfast room where you could use a computer, or read from a variety of local interest 'table' books, or simply take a coffee or other hot drinks for free. There is an outside terrace room, tastefully furnished, where you could relax or take your breakfast on warmer days! The location of the hotel is wonderful, a 5-6 minute stroll into Placa Catalunya, and a similar stroll to 3 different Metro stations. We found a restaurant 'Mussol' on the stroll to Placa Catalunya, it was so good, reasonably priced and with loads of atmosphere that we ate there each night of our stay (5) tasting our way through an excellent and varied menu. The staff at the hotel were always courteous, cheerful and helpful with advice.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!!!

The location of the property was perfect. Not in too busy area so it is noisy but not far away from facilities. Metro was close which took us almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Better than anything else you could get from outside. We received an upgrade on the room which was amazing, thanks to staff for doing this. Coffee machine in the common area was very convenient - 24 hours. Bed was large and comfortable, it was very convenient after a long city walk within the day.

There was no car parking for the property. We had to temporary park nearby to carry our luggages. There was a nearby car park but there were few break ins cars parked around the time we were there, we couldn’t trust it.

The location is amazing! Walking distance from major sightseeing spots in the city. Very central and easy to walk to and from. The rooms have perfect isolation, no noise or light is coming in from the streets if the windows are closed, which is great to have a nice rest! Breakfast was beautiful! So many options and really really tasty, I was impressed by the quality and quantity of it, I've done heaps of travelling and I think this has been my favourite ever breakfast buffet around the world.

Internet was coming and going in my laptop, but in my phone was ok.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, and very clean. The windows are double glazed and in good quality because once closed, we couldn't hear a thing from the street outside. Can't stress enough how good the location was, close to everything. All in all recommended. .

The size of the room was a bit small for us. However, it didn't bother us much since we spent most of our days outside. Two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. Also not so bad, just to mention.

Lovely accommodating staff! Location was great! Close to many shops, restaurants and sites. Breakfast was excellent and outside garden patio was very enjoyable.

Our room faced the back which was shared with a school’s playground. At first it was charming but sometimes in the late afternoon after being out all day we were unable to open the patio door because of a noise level. Once closed the noise was minimal.

Leire was so nice and helpful .I asked to reserve me a taxi and early breakfast due to my early tour and that were taken care of immediately . Staffs are so helpful, food are great ! Location is close to lawash in case you need to wash clothes . Hotel is clean and modern . Overall a wonderful experience!

great location within 10 minutes walk of the airport bus stop. within easy walking distance of many of the principal sights. terrific choice at breakfast. free coffee available all day. free reliable wifi. very friendly people working in the hotel. i enjoyed my time there.

if i was being super critical i could have done with a bit more space in my room but as i was travelling as a single person and it was a city centre hotel i would rate the room size as adequate but not spacious.

Location is definitely the great plus of this hotel, close to the action yet in a rather calm street. There is a school or youth club courtyard on the back which gets very noisy during the day, but the double glazing windows are very effective, and the courtyard is completely empty at night and on Sundays. We actually liked this setup a lot, it felt really connected to the locals' way of life, and our balcony was quite large. The room is exactly as it is on the pictures. The bed is comfy although not a single large bed, and the hotel is super quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider coming back. One interesting and unseen before architectural detail: there are two interlocked staircases that actually stop at every floor (normally this design goes every two floors).

No blackout curtains, but the existing ones did the job. Also, we prefer a shower rather than a shower in a bathtub (although the tub looked great), and the small step gets slippery on the way out - use the handles!
