The location id excellent as it is very central. Wish the hotel still supplied breakfast as it did before. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the rooms was a small standard and therefore did not have any storage space. Our friends were unable to hang anything up i.e. wet coats etc. They also wish there was a mirror in the bedrooms as there was only one in the bathroom.

Extremely central. Couldn't have stayed at better location. I've been home 2 weeks and have not received my deposit back?

I nearly killed myself in the shower as I slid along the bathroom floor and went smack down on my backside. Luckily I was just a bit shocked and not injuried. No shower mat. The soap dispenser was broken The tap was loose There was nothing in the mini fridge

Location is right near to Las Rambla , so very near to Marcat Boqueria the food market and lot of nice restaurants , cafes and pubs. Newly renovated I guess , so the rooms even though compact where very nicely decorated and had good bathrooms. The church bells ringing were actually not loud and definitely disturbed my stay.

They do take a caution deposit of €100 and a state tax of €8 which were not mentioned in bookings.com. But caution deposit will be returned back if no damage to property on checkout

The property is right in the centre of La Rambla - lovely location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to local places from there.

It could have been a bit cleaner, the bed sheet wasn’t changed just the bed covers. Under the bed and behind the bedside tables were major dusty. One of my towels had blood stains on them.

It was very convenient! We initially had a very small room for a family of 3! Jane at the front desk was very gracious to help us move to their penthouse accommodation for an affordable rate to please us ! Great service!

On our last night while my daughter and I were packing for a 6 AM taxi pick up 2 men unlocked our hotel door and not a comfortable feeling seeing 2 guys getting ready to check in our room? My husband was in the bedroom and we immediately told the guys we have not checked out yet! Poor communication with the reservation?! Jane was off on that day!

Newly opened, nicely renovates, perfect location.

Amazing location, close to all main sites and transport links. Room was clean and modern, and exceeded expectations given star rating and relatively cheap cost for the location. Comfortable bed and room was quiet. Reception staff were also great, really helpful, chatty and really made us feel welcome - special shout out to the long haired girl (sorry forgot name) as she gave us a rose for Sant Jorgis day! The air con system was old and wasn’t very powerful but was able to open windows, and was adequate for stay. Previous reviews have commented on the deposit for the hotel, this is €100 per room per stay, it’s a hold payment and I got it back the following day without issue. There is also a tourist tax which is applicable across Europe at €5 per person per night.

The room did not have access to tea or coffee making facilities - as typical Brits we can’t start the day without a cup of tea!

Great location. Super convenient for visiting old city center and next too metro and bus lines. Position is little but lively street with no crowds and noise. Recommend taking the room with terrace for extra space and enjoying the street action. Despite some issues with hot water, I strongly recommend this hotel!!!

The hot water didn’t work in the beginning. We had to call the room service but still odd that you need to run the water for several minutes before it becomes hot (especially an unnecessary waste since the city is facing drought!). The personnel reacted fast to our call tough.

- Great location in the heart of the gothic quartier and near the rambla, plenty of interesting things to see and visit within walking distance. - The room had a lot of space and it had been clearly renovated not too long ago. - The staff was nice and helpful. - There was a station to take cold water as well as hot water with tea bags.

- No restaurant/breakfast in the hotel but options available nearby. - The floor under the bedside table clearly had not been cleaned in a while...

I liked that it had all the main facilities including clean service. There is water at the entrance, which you can use to refill your bottles. Also, the hotel is near a water fountain - approximately 2 minutes walk. I liked that you have multiple light options to control. I enjoyed the luxury of having a window that opens as much as I want, a curtain and the well-adapted water temperature in the shower room. I enjoyed the AC that is easy to control and adjust; the lift that facilitated the transportation of luggage. There are hangers, in the toilet, sufficient towels, shampoo, conditioner. Almost everything that you want. The location is spectacular, to say the least. It is almost so perfect. Everything is nearby, and if it is not nearby as in 5 minutes walk, it is 30 minutes walk. Additionally, the metro and rail are nearby. The station nearby has access to both rail lines and metro lines. The beach is a 30 minutes walk, approximately. The (or one of) best restaurant in the world is also nearby. It is better than what I expected to have in a 3-star hotel.

They do not offer water in-room. There was no remote control in my room, but there was a TV. I could not access the TV. They do not offer umbrellas
