The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathrooms were good two. Generally the hotel is well designed and clean, the staff nice and helpful!

At the pool we had people smoking and their ashtrays were not cleaned away. In one of our two bathrooms the toilet’s water tank kept filling up, wasting water and making considerable noise at 4 am. This kept us awake until a gentleman from the hotel tried to fix it (which was not easy apparently). As a compensation we received 100 Euros off our final bill, which I accepted, but feel was not enough for the discomfort it caused.

Loved the bathroom, the stairs, the bed very comfortable. The room woudn't be big for 2 people but perfect for business trip and I thought was very quiet even though I was next to the elevator. Metro station diagonal 3 block away super handy - and 2 blocks away main restaurant and shopping street.

I thought breakfast was too expensive for what it was (for half the price you have a LOT of coffee/breakfast places a block away. It was a mix of buffet and being served - and I had to ask for water, for coffee, for them to take my order... just not efficient unfortunately even if staff were nice. Again this is a minor issue which can be fixed by having breakfast in lovely shop outsid.

I recently stayed at Hotel Granados 83 in Barcelona and had an amazing experience. Before traveling to Spain, I had heard many stories about safety concerns, especially regarding luggage theft in hotel lobbies. However, staying at Granados 83, I felt as safe as at home. They always have staff present in the lobby who are attentive and helpful, including assisting with luggage — a level of service that really sets this hotel apart. The staff are friendly, professional, and multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and French. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. I especially loved the breakfast — it was truly five-star, both in terms of service and taste. The location is excellent. You can walk to Gaudí’s famous buildings, like Casa Milà (La Pedrera), in just within 10 minutes. Great restaurants are only 5–6 minutes away on foot, and there’s a taxi station just 50 feet from the hotel entrance. It’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. Their family rooms are designed over two floors and include two full bathrooms — perfect after a long day of sightseeing, with no waiting in line for showers! Hotel Granados 83 truly feels like a gem in Barcelona — safe, welcoming, and perfectly located.

Location was great, the room was not huge but very well organized and designed that it was perfect for us, shower water pressure was good, AC worked well once we figured it out! We got food and drinks on the roof and all was delicious! I would suggest they add a mocktail or two to the drink menu as my daughter was disappointed they didn't have anything fun she could have. The pool is TINY and we only put our feet in after a long day of walking but it's a lovely little rooftop that was never overly crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The lights were a bit complicated...I plunged my daughter into darkness in the bathroom more than once when trying to turn off lights in the room. While everything is modern and updated more or less, it would be nice for the TV to be upgraded so that one can stream or mirror from devices as it was useless to us as it was. (But that's a small complaint!)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful, offering a true sense of comfort. The ambiance of the hotel was incredibly calming, with a warm vibe that made it feel like home. It truly provided a healing and rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed, thanks to the great atmosphere and the wonderful people. Highly recommend!

The room was impecably presented. The beds were well made and so confortable. The bathroom a bit tight but that is expected. Lobby was ok, staff greet you with smile on their faces. Overall a great experience during our stay. My grandson and I were very pleased with the experience. I have already recommended your hotel to co-workers, friends and family.

Bed was super comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They Had many suggestions to where to go and what to do in the City as a local.

The weather could have been a bit less hot but other that that, excellent stay. Tej recepti in and the welcome every time anybody saw us was very heart warming.

The facilities, staff and service was great here! Very clean and modern hotel with a very nice chill out area with a bar and pool for those staying to use. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, offering tips and giving us direction when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

There were no negatives at this hotel, everything was clean and top customer service so nothing we didn't like.

Staff are so lovely, room is clean, the location is superb, highly recommend staying here if you don't want to be right in the middle of the tourist areas but within walking distance, best restaurants and the vibe was great. felt VERY safe as a solo female traveller in this area. They leave chocolates on the bed!

There was NO sunlight in the single room as it faces the court, the bed was comfortable but a bit small (my fault for not reading properly). I did not like the sunlight thing. Will definitely stay again but in a bigger room. The food from the pool bar was disgusting (I got the salmon bagel) but theres so many options around!
