Like living like a local! The apartment was HUGE, and had wonderful high ceilings and tons of light! I was surprised there was a fully kitchen, and a laundry machine. Wonderful location, easy to get to public transportation.

The restaurant across the street was a bit noisy. Accessing the key cards was very confusing. You recieve an email asking you to submit information provided in the email to get a QR code that will give you a key card. Unfortunatly, there isn't a link or a website published to accomplish that goal. Additionally, the machine that issues you the key cards is behind a locked gate and a locked door, inside the lobby. So you have to hope someone comes through and lets you in!

Location – Excellent. A quiet area in the city center, close to everything. Cozy cafes all around, perfect for breakfast. Very comfortable for walking. Hotel – Beautiful and clean. The rooms have everything you need, they're bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Staff – Friendly and attentive. A truly high-level welcome and service. I would never consider staying anywhere else. What’s also important – they have lockers where you can leave your luggage and enjoy the city freely until it’s time to return to your country.

The location was great, easy to get to many places and access public transport. Plenty of eateries nearby. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen area had everything we needed to do some basic cooking , cleaning products wete also provided. There is no reception desk as such, a kiosk machine for checking in,but there was a porter at the entrance who was very helpful. Very cosy apartment with beautiful window area that looked on to the street. Easy access into the building with the code provided

Position was perfect,just a couple of min from the Pedrera (casa Mila) and Passeig de Gracia on a quiet street .Plenty of good restaurants around.Spacious and clean with all amenities .

Had only one douple bed The other bedroom had two singles ! We were two couples ,so. ..There were 3 glasses,cups etc in the kitchen Again we were 4 people .

The property was lovely and in an excellent location. It was very well equipped.

One complaint was that there wasn’t a person at the front desk at all times, and at times it was difficult to locate someone for assistance. In addition, our check out time was at 11. We had gone out for breakfast and returned promptly at that time. We arrived to find that our card key no longer worked, and we were Iocked out. We had to find a cleaning person to let us in. And 11:15, the concierge came up to “remind” us that it was check out time. We found it rather ironic that even though at times, the concierge was difficult to find, he was very prompt when it came to reminding us to leave.

The location is central and you can get to almost any major landmark or area within 10 to 15 minutes with a taxi or public transport. The rooms were really clean and spacious. They provided everything that one needs when renting an apartment. From all the utensils, kitchen appliances, iron with a board, hangers, washing machine etc. We loved the terrace and although we didn't spend much time outside on it, but it is definitely huge and the view is stunning. The staff constantly asked about our stay which was a great touch. Couple of minor issues were resolved right away either by calling them or through messaging them on booking.com. This place was so good that my extended family and friends are definitely going to stay here in their coming trips.

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like about the room.

Spacious modern appartment with great facilities (Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc). Close to popular bars, restaurants and shopping areas with good transport links to other parts of Barcelona. Check in was very easy and a member of staff assisted us when needed. I would happily stay here again next time I am in Barcelona!

The apartment we had did not have a terrace or balcony but we knew this when booking. Next time I will choose an option with outdoor space as it's the only thing the apartment was missing.

Close proximity to everything.

It got a bit noisy in the middle of the night. People were talking loud outside, some seemed drunk at 3-4am. No AC, got quite hot in the middle of the night since we didn’t want to open the windows to avoid the noise. Also, it’d be nice to have some shampoo and conditioner. Only liquid soap was available.

The apartment was great – just like the photos, maybe even better! Super clean, cozy, and really felt like home. It’s tucked away in a quiet little passage with a relaxed vibe and some super stylish little restaurants – felt like a movie scene :) Everything was nearby – supermarket, metro, shops – but still nice and quiet. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to!

Perfect location for us

It was great for us the check-in however I think If my elderly parents came by themselves, it may have be too difficult for them to understand the process. It’s no criticism, it just that you’re either used to doing stuff on your phone and checking in via a machine or not!!! It’s nothing new, each generation struggles with new technologies. Saying that, I liked the check-in process
