The room was big enough for the three of us staying there without getting in each others way. The shower was hot enough which can be a struggle sometimes on holiday. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with an queries and informed us about our transport back to the airport.

There wasn't a lot of cooking supply's for the room as we ate breakfast and sometimes lunch. there was one member of staff on nights who was quite rude to our friends who met up with us here in Benidorm. He explained the room accommodated only us three staying there however our friends just wanted to have a drink and use our bathroom as their hotel was at the other side of the beech but there was no getting past the staff member.

The location is fantastic- middle of the Old Town ! Simple, clean modern apartments. Plenty of crockery, Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, 2 ring cooker. Powerful enclosed shower. Good powerful shower, small deep bath! Short few hundred meter walk to the beach front. Short stroll to Tapas Ally & The Mediterranean Balcony ! You can use the facilities at the sister Hotel - The Benidorm Plaza - pool, bar, restaurant etc!

Check in, location, sheets & towels changed after 3 days. On the edge of the Old Town surrounded by bars, food outlets, shops and supermarkets on the doorstep. Taxi rank within yards. Alsa bus stop for airport 15 min walk. Beds were comfortable, great street scenes, the hub of conversations but could have silence by closing the doors. Beach at end of the road. It was everything we needed for a 5 night stay.

Only issue was with getting room deposit returned with early 6:30am checkout, reception opens at 10:00. Hopefully this as been resolved and written procedure implemented. Some minor issues with facilities but nothing that would deter us from returning.

Great studio apartment in a fab location 5th floor. Well equipped including a hairdryer. Lovely to have a spacious balcony with sun loungers and table & chairs. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of storage space for clothes etc. Luggage storage available for last day as well as a shower room.

Checkout time was 11am and no late checkout available as they were at capacity.

Perfect location. Had everything you needed for a short stay, even had small bottle of washing up liquid. Towels changed, always hot water, clean and modern. Lady on reception very helpful and polite. Room wasn't cleaned, but was only there 4 nights, would definitely stay there again, even for a week. Plenty of English channels on TV, if you had to stay in.

Could do with 2 key cards, so if 1 person has to nip out, the person remaining in the room still has electric.

Perfect location in the old town. Couldn't have asked for a better spot in Benidorm. The air conditioning was wonderful too.

It was a shame we couldn't really sit on the balcony as it was absolutely tiny and too much noise from the street below. Not that clean on the balcony either.

The perfect base for old town, the rooms were lovely and clean and staff are so friendly even put a bottle of bubbly and two glasses in our room on my birthday, will be staying again

On arrival we were taken to our room, but the room did not have a balcony went back to reception and asked if the was a possibility of room change, this was done with the utmost of ease. Excellent location for old and new towns.

Reception staff are very welcome.& helpful at check-in on arrival and were also helpful with excellent service on the day before we were due to departure of our room the next day to receive our room deposit for any damages or breakages .The room was very clean with fresh bedding and towels, and the facilities for self-catering were amazing quality electrical appliances with toaster. Kettle. Cooking hob kitchen utensils also excellent work top space to cook your own food.The Bathroom was very clean with toilet washhand basin walk in shower with hot & cold water soap shampoos shower gels I would thoroughly recommend the 2 sleep Estudios apartments in the old town benidorm to my family and friends. Great location to plan your holiday journey, whatever you decide to do day or night.very quiet at night when it was time for bed. Also, there is a sister hotel that's part of the same group, just a short walking distance from the apartments that's you are allowed to use during your stay. The facilities were also excellent. There was an indoor swimming pool sun loungers seat and table's for sunbathing and relaxing in the sunshine. Social bars for drinks and dining room for a selection of food available 🌞 John Haddow.

The location was fantastic. check in was excellent.. Big enough for 2 people coridoors and lift clean and bright. Flat had every thing you needed. You can use the sister hotel for swimming pool etc. Had a sunlounger roof top space with shower facilities

I asked for a bath in booking when i got there only had shower. Another room with shower couldnt be given to me as apartments were full . TV only had british news channel but you could log into netflix utube etc
