The location was superb and we had a great room with an enormous terrace/balcony on the 5th floor. Views were fantastic. Continental breakfast in the main was enough for us. There was an attempt at bacon, sausage, egg Spanish style. But we were happy with the Continental choice. Getting served, and once served, in the general cafe bar on the ground floor (open to the public) was difficult. Tended to be ignored by staff, but to be fair, it was always busy. Spanish people always got free tapas/crisps/olives with their drinks. Nothing was brought to us - until I started asking, and then not always.

The staff were great and even though My flight was late .I finally got to the Hotel. Just after midnight. The night porter was very kind . Even though I booked weeks earlier they only had a tiny room available, It had no view just a bare wall. There was a damp foul smell in the tiny bathroom and there were major renovations going on from 08.30 in the morning and most of the day . They finally gave me a bigger "double" room but still with no view . and some noise from the workmen . I learned later that if I had booked a double room I may have got an upgrade. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent except the coffee ☕.

location, size of room, across the road from the beach and near to good eateries, walking distance to busy areas in new town if that's what you are going to the area for, good breakfast

was a front facing, sea view room but on 3rd floor so palm trees outside, across the road, almost completely obscured the 'sea' view - but view was pleasant and great for watching the world go by - can imagine the view from the top floor/couple of floors up, would be lovely can be noisy overnight, outside, as local workers clean pavements and empty bins for a few hours, starting at midnight but you can close balcony doors to limit the noise if you wanted

Great price and great location. Rooms large and airy. Maid service every day with clean towels. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could need. However, I booked half board expecting a buffet style evening meal, but it was a set menu. Personally, I did not fancy anything on the daily menu's and they did not start serving till 8 pm in the evening. This was also far too late for us to eat at this time, so we resorted to eating out every night. I would definitely book this hotel again without the half board option.

Great location. Our room was on third floor and had a fantastic wrap around balcony. Great size, fantastic views. Clean and fresh when we arrived early.

Some staff not overly friendly at all, but hey, they work non stop. Reception staff were good and always a friendly hello from the cleaners. We were here for the Spanish festival, and we know that it is noisy, however, the noise at this hotel from outside is at another level! Didn’t bother is at all, but be aware if you like to moan about noise! Breakfast was basic but sufficient (we only went twice). Not many other Brits, but this was a bonus for us! We would stay here again for certain.

I liked the reception staff David. Chaby. Monica. Haron and the waiter's at the restaurant Alfredo. Manuel. Augustine and Anna they were friendly and helpful.

The chef wasn't enough qualified with good experience because we ordered frid chicken for our son 2 times and at both times the chicken was raw and our son didn't eat his food and he wasn't happy at all

Fantastic location and personel – probably the best in Benidorm – just a short walk from both the beach and the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Aaron at reception for his professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Our room was to the back of hotel room 501 quite dark no windows but we weren't in it that much only to get shower and out again Food was mainly to cater for the Spanish not British menu but understand being time of year but there was always something on menu u could eat WITHOUT the garlic 🙈🙈

Our balcony was great, with 2 sunbeds and looking out to sea. Bed in room was lovely a comfy. Location was spot on.

Staff not very friendly at all. Man at reception ignored us for ages and just stared at his PC. Lady at breakfast was rather rude a couple of times. Staff never had a smile on their faces, which was such a shame. Floor in our room was really dirty when we arrived. The position of the towel rack over the bath meant it was really easy to keep banging your head.

The location of Hotel Tanit is truly excellent, and that’s definitely its biggest advantage – being close to everything makes the stay much easier. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is average, nothing special, and the internet connection is quite weak if you’re staying on higher floors.
