This is my second stay at this hotel, the location is great for access to the beach old town and a short walk to the liver areas of Benidorm The pool /roof terrace are pleasant with great views. Breakfast choice is good and staff very friendly.

We had a balcony room that over the looked a very busy street. Deliveries start from around 6am in the area and the windows are not sound proof. For noise levels this is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The other disappointment was the lack of a kettle in the rooms which I would consider a basic for a hotel that offers room only and BB options.

The hotel was in a great location in the old town and excellent value for money. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, good storage, comfortable beds and a great shower.

The sunbeds on the terrace were uncomfortable due to wear and tear. In our room, the Aircon wasn't very effective. Even though the temperature was only in the low 20s, it didn't cool our room down at all .

Perfect location close to the beach, old town and the shops, bars, restaurants. Very disability friendly with great access. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the house keeper attended my room every day. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean bedding. The shower was perfect, level access with plenty of hot water. Reception is able to provide a left luggage service if you require it

The only downside for myself and the reason I didn't give it a 10 are due to factors outside the hotels full control. 1. Other younger guests on my floor were very noisy at all hours during day and night. Shouting, banging on doors running between rooms. 2. The main bar area was closed due to building work.

Location of this hotel is ideal, just at the back of the Old Town by the promontory. It's a short walk to the beach and about 15-20 walk mins to the strip. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The bar prices were insanely cheap and the rooftop terrace was a lovely sunny spot to have a couple of drinks. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food, with the bonus of free cava. The room was basic but not old fashioned, the nautical theme is cute, and the bed was comfortable. It was made every day by the cleaner which was a nice touch.

The rooms were insanely hot, even with the air conditioning on (not that it made a difference). Luckily opening the window let in a cool breeze, but this was in November so the rooms must be unbearable in summer unless the air con is turned up centrally. My shower gel dispenser was empty the whole time, I can only assume the cleaner wasn't checking it. I did have my own soap with me though and could have spoken to reception if I was that bothered, who I'm sure would have arranged a refill. In my opinion breakfast starts too late - we left on our last day at 7.30 and weren't able to grab anything - perhaps opening breakfast an hour earlier just for cold food or offering a takeaway breakfast pack for people would be something the hotel could consider as a great bonus for guests.

our room had a very large balcony with two sun loungers and a table had a street and sea view, cleaners in every day with fresh towels and shower gel. Breakfast had a vast selection of items, from cheeses to hams, to full English breakfast, various sweet options and fizz, well worth the money, the hotel is situated in the heart of the old town close to everything

Location, evening entertainment and comical waiter in downstairs lounge, cleanliness friendly staff, price of drinks and meals

Food, could smell cooking in solarium and not the best view with building work around but that was not something the hotel had any control over. I expect there would not be a lot of room up there in the summer even with the pool open but the beach is so close it wouldn't stop me visiting again or recommending the hotel

A wide choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Very good. The hotel is right in the middle of old town, close to all amenities and beaches. Enjoyed the area lots of locals and local food. The busy area with bars etc is the other end, we did visit a couple of times, but preferred the old town. Took a taxi to Guadalest beautiful! (25/30 euros) each way per taxi. Need to ring a Taxi back from Guadalest, number in tourist info office.
