I really liked the hotel location, it’s excellent and close to everything. The view and the scenery were exactly as described in the photos, and it’s truly amazing. The apartment had everything a person might need. The balcony is spacious in a wonderful way, giving you a sense of freedom and enjoyment. Most importantly, the staff were great, and I especially want to praise an employee, whose name I unfortunately forgot, but she’s from Algeria. She helped us a lot and gave us many great suggestions on places to visit and how to navigate the transportation system.

The only negative comment I can make is that the cleanliness of the bedding was not at its best.

Great facilities, good amount of bars plus they do snacks. Staff at the bars were really friendly.

Staff at the reception wouldn't let us book late checkout which was disappointing, it says on the booking that check in is 5pm (presuming someone has late check in) although when we arrived we were allowed to check in early, so i couldn't understand why they wouldn't let us pay for late check out, the lady just said the room is booked tomorrow. That was disappointing. Also the location is at the top of a huge hill, they do provide the free bus up and down which is good though.

We arrived around 14:00 and requested an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment which was hard to book for 2 persons using booking.com. It was arranged by the staff quickly and the apartment was available immediatly. We stayed at the 30th floor and the view was stunning. The apartment was large with comfortable beds. We had breakfast included which was excellent as well. It is served in the hotel which is around the corner. For cooking ourselves, equipment was limited (only one large cooking pan and a small frying pan, no salad bowl), but manageable. Facilities like pools and entertainment were available, but we did not make use of it. The beach and the strip are a bit of a walk down hill, meaning up hill going back, which we enjoyed a few times. Alternatively, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach every 20 minutes for a large part of the day and evening. Seats are limited though. We went low season so the hotel and apartments were not overcrowded and it was no problem finding parking near the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern apartment with all we needed for a 4 night stay. Large balcony with furniture and amazing views. Location suited us, forced us to get some exercise to counteract the food and drink! Lovely that you can use the pool in the hotel - apartments have their own tiny one but too cold when we visited to use. Staff friendly and helpful in the hotel for check in. Deposit no issue.

The drains in the bathroom stank, we didn’t complain as we spent more time out of the apartment than in and suspect maybe as out of season it’s been an issue, but they flushed out the water system during our stay so I assume this is a remedy for the issues.

Nice layout of the rooms, beautiful view from a nice, big balcony, practical kitchen, comfy beds and roller blinds that are very helpful if you want to sleep in :) Two very nice pools, a smaller one with lots of shade right next to the apartment building and a bigger one with a pool bar and music in the next door hotel.

The elevators were extremely slow, the air condition didn’t seem to work properly and the shower would take a while to drain. Also, the location is beautiful for the view, but a bit far from the beach and pubs etc. It means walking up a steep hill on the way back every time.

Good sized apartment. Fully equipped kitchen facilities inc washing machine and dishwasher. Room was available earlier than check in time. Lots of fresh towels provided. British TV channels on TV. Shower was hot and good pressure. Can use hotel next door facilities. We were on 3rd floor and lift was always available and quick. Great little apartment for a great price!

Hill may be an issue - 10 min walk to the promenade, although a free shuttle bus was available.

It's a great apartment with a great view. We chose the option for half-board and when we arrived we were given the option of changing an evening meal for a lunch time meal. We really liked the fact that we could do that. So we ended up with a lunch one day and an evening meal on another day. We were able to arrange our schedule better by doing that. That, for us, was a pleasant surprise and believe me, it can be really useful. However, this was in the low season. I don't know if this option is available in the high season. Our advice is to go to early to the meals. The earlier you go, the less queue you have. We went early and had hardly any queue. But if you go later on, you can have a long queue. We went in low season, but I highly recommend this, especially in high season. That way you can choose where you want to sit too. The food was good too, with a good variety, imho. And I made use of the microwave to heat up some things.

We realised later that we had a concrete balcony wall and not a glass balcony wall. The apartment building has both types and it's not a problem. But we realised later that we probably could have changed for one with a glass balcony wall, to get a better view of the sea from the bedroom, if we had asked for the change. The ones with the concrete balcony wall have a bigger balcony area, so if you need more space, then that one is a better option. But if you want to see the sea from the bedroom, it's better to get an apartment with a glass balcony wall. Having said that, the stay was great and it's not a problem, but it might just make the stay a bit more special seeing the sea from a lower angle etcetera.

I stayed 3 days in a one bedroom apartment in the 14th floor The property have 34 floors.so the views of the Benidor city and sea where heartbreathing ,amazing stunning..The property was ckean ,comfortable and quite place.Good valued for money.

However, you need car ,bus to get the location because is quite far .There are xtra fees for parking in the hotel €15 for a day. Acomodation for pets €15 for a day and many extra fees for services and facilities that are not showing once you already submitted your booking.

Big apartment and really modern. Spotlessly clean and huge bathroom compared to the hotel room at the main Pierre & Vacancds my friends stayed in. Reception staff were good. Located behind main hotel. Pool area and bar were good too. Shuttle runs every 20 mins to the beach by McDonalds

It’s at the top of massive hilly area - and lots of steps to the property. Lifts took ages. Expected to take your own rubbish out to get deposit back.

When i arrived Girl who called HOODA receptionist She is warm welcomes and soo professional and kind appreciated that.. and went well hope next times as well ill book the same place with sea view..Just only If you are in Apartment you have to Go other side where located on their Hotel you can find there Reception,Breakfast hall, Bar all you need ☺️
