Despite awful reviews this hotel was fab. It’s a 3 * all inclusive, kid friendly resort and that’s what you get and can expect. The food was great, varied and something for everyone, albeit a little busy around breakfast and dinner time but it’s a big accommodation with a lot of families so I suppose it’s expected. I didn’t really get the fact that couples (mostly older) couples would go there as it is definitely a kid zone 😂 and always a Screaming child (happy and sad😂) can be heard throughout the day. The apartments were clean, cleaned 5 days a week, friendly happy staff, appropriate facilities for the children including a small play area and splash pools. For those complaining, it’s a joke, you get what you pay for, and the rest are bonuses, some people are Juts out to complain for nothing 😂 Ps, don’t go here if you’re easily offended by some Adults getting drunk , loud and playful throughout the day and into the night, some are just getting their moneys worth 😂

Only down fall is the ants! Was so many ants in our room. Days the room was cleaned it was better but with kids you are going to have crumbs and bits on the floor. We only had room cleaned 2 where should act been more considering amount ants and when place is full kids. I would love to stay again but I would definitely need to request more cleaning. Only ants but give us the ick lol

Very family friendly. We went for all inclusive - lots of food and drink available all day, perfect for the kids. The pools were good for kids. The location was near a cute little beach, plus some shops for snacks and things of you wanted to.

The kids’ splash zone was VERY SLIPPERY. I slipped once. My 7yo son slipped a few times and bumped the back of his head on the floor. I spoke to the lifeguard at the time - not sure if something was done. The shower in the room had glass panels so the rest of the family could see you when you were showering. They should cover the glass with fully opaque covering. As my kids are young it was fine, but teens may find this awkward.

A really great value for money hotel with a wide variety of activities. We didn’t try the restaurant but the facilities available for kids were amazing. The young kids enjoyed the two pools suitable for them with water slides and other exciting structures. The kids activities were well organised and the daily mini disco at 08:30pm was a lot of fun. There are lots of interesting activities for adults too. Would be amazing if they had a nursery area for kids under 4 so parents could relax for a short while. The apartment itself was fine with comfortable beds and nice views across two balconies. Shower gel was provided too. Property was cleaned quickly every two days which was absolutely fine for us. The swimming pool indoors was ok, not too warm but the jacuzzi and saunas were nice. You need to rent a towel with a €10 deposit in cash to use the facilities but note that this can be exchanged only during certain hours and days. Overall, the kids enjoyed their time thoroughly and for the price, one can’t complain at all for what you get.

They make you sign that they can fine you if property is soiled excessively, which is stressful with small kids. The whole property is filled with smokers which isn’t great for the kids, although it’s a non smoking site.

Snack bar is awesome, all our kids enjoyed the food there and so as we. Sloshes and ice cream from the machine are great, honestly there is not much else needed for kids to have fun. Swimming pools are just about the right size as well.

Entertainment team could put a bit more effort to be honest as most of the times you didn't notice that somebody was there. The night shows were great if there was the actual show, because something like bingo night is not really to our taste.

The 2 bedrooms apartment is big enough and the facilities in the room worked well, microwave, refrigerator… 3 mins walk to Calo d’es Pou, which is the nearest beach, and 10 mins walk to Cala egos. We can see the magnificent sea view from our balcony, just enjoy the beautiful sea view of Mediterranean.

Mobile phone signal is weak in the room, and wifi speed is a little bit slow, always lag when watching videos.

Hotel was lovely. Has plenty of activities rooms were comfy Communal areas/toilets were spotless Rooms cleaned each day perfect location.

At the Buffet the food was good it just wasn’t a lot of choice. We ate out most nights, that was it really

Great location, friendly helpful staff, country to some reviews food was faultless. My family had a great holiday.

Only alight negative might be that our apartment definitely needed refurbished. Was worn and just didnt feel fresh and clean. Noticed that some of the other apartments had work done so this is probably a working progress.

We enjoyed the hotel so much! Amazing facilities for the kids could fault the kids clubs and entertainment, could of been slightly more cleaner round the pool area but that's more down to lazy people not using bins, there is plenty of bins provided just people not using them, all the staff were lovely and would definitely recommend and return to this hotel

Very good food, good location, nice bar/snack service

Cleaning was very bad:( There was a red hair on my bad when we just checked-in. During 7 days they changed our towels only on 6 day Old furniture and really not clean inside
