If you are reading this review, you are probably thinking about booking this hotel. Think no more, go for it, it is worth every penny. Exceptional location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, great facilities and entertainment and most of all stunning setting with breathtaking views. Thank you very much dear Jordi, Mona, Alba, Patrick, Carlos and Biel for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. Borja, Angel and Christian at the restaurant and the bar were so nice and friendly, extremely hardworking and very polite. The food was exceptional at breakfast and dinner with so many varieties offering such a diverse menu. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

A wonderful hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A solid five stars for the service! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and surprisingly affordable. We were truly impressed by the high quality for such a reasonable price. Many reviews mentioned poor soundproofing, but that was not our experience at all. We had neighbors on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. For us, the sound insulation was excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient — everything you need is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot both for an active vacation and a peaceful family getaway. Since these are apartments, the room had brand new dishes, a kettle, and a modern refrigerator — everything you need for a cozy, home-like stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful — a real gem for families with children. And the view from our room was simply breathtaking. We had a sea view, and we enjoyed it every single day. The spa area for children with warm pools was a delight. The kids loved it — and so did we. We highly recommend this place!

The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for our taste. But it definitely didn’t ruin our holiday.

Beautiful place right off the Mediterranean coast line.. when we arrived we were able to exchange our $$s for € at reception. watched the most amazing sunrise on the huge balcony of our room.. this place is a hidden gem worth every penny.. meals were decent, breakfast was included in the pkge. Dinner is served daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Hotel offers Spa/massage and yoga classes. There is also a gym I didn’t have time to use. The room had a full kitchen and dining area. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing. Everyday that we went down to breakfast and came back the room would be miraculously clean, beds made trash emptied and fresh towels. I appreciate service like this and will highly recommend to all. This is a Classy 5 star hotel as far as I’m concerned.

Putting my towel down at 7.30 working on lap top till 8.30 and leaving my bed to got to breakfast coming back and finding my stuff all gone first day , the towel police scooping it up , and having a row with the manager / owner about it , but his hotel was so good and I’ve forgiven him , and he didn’t ask me to vacate , not sure we will be mates . But loved it there … be warned she takes no prisoners with the towels she’s got a big trolley 🛒..

Everything is excellent about the hotel. Pool, enough sun beds + umbrellas and never an early morning rush to secure them, different areas to relax, access to private pebbled 'beach', free pool towels changed daily, friendly and helpful staff (especially Sherriff), views, gym, shop, the hotel is not too full (max capacity 500 I believe), indoor pool and spa facilities, different bars/restaurants. To be fair the hotel is fantastic! My kids (10 + 14 - girls) loved it, so did the wife and I, we would definitely return. If you want a quiet, relaxing, good quality hotel that feels luxurious - look no further!

Absolutely nothing, however expensive at €390 a night as self catering (although comparable to other apartments) but I guess that's a sign of the times for a holiday abroad in a great hotel, and I may still be living in the past! But at close to €4k for a 10night holiday for room only, it felt steep. Again, nothing at all wrong with the hotel, it was amazing, just me being a tight git!

Loved the hotel, clean and comfortable! Impressed with the food overall. Breakfast buffet was good, a nice selection available though got very busy at the weekend. We loved Amura for lunch and dinner, beautiful view, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was pretty spacious for myself, husband and toddler - we had a cot so didn’t need to use the sofa bed which helped space wise. Easy to get into the town with other restaurants.

As said above it got a bit busy at the weekend in breakfast and at the pool, so was difficult to get a sunbed near the pool unless you were down quite early. But there are other places to sit so not too bad. The beds were made up separately (perhaps I’d missed where to opt for a double though).

Staff were polite and helpful, the apartment clean, spacious, the terrace lovely. The beds were really comfortable (and not hard at all, as some reviewers complained).The foldout sofa for the kids was surprisingly comfy as well. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from, fresh fruits and veggies, smoothies, etc...

Not a big deal, but the bathroom could've been designed better. Towel rack with hanger was inside the shower, and there was nowhere else to hang the large towels. We ended up using the hallway coat hangers instead.

The hotel was in a nice location and afforded beautiful views. The grounds are gorgeous and extremely well maintained. The hotel has been modernised and the inside public areas feel spacious and airy, with a calm atmosphere. The restaurants are nice and food is good quality and good value. Staff are extremely helpful. The location is good, nice and quiet and a short walk to the beaches and shops.

The only negative thing is the lack of adequate soundproofing between rooms. I think I’ve probably got too used to brand new hotels where rooms are very well insulated and silent and I found the noise from other rooms a bit jarring. That said in the latter half of our stay we had very considerate neighbours and I don’t notice much noise those days.

Food was amazing . Great selection and worth every penny with plenty of choice and not too expensive . View was beautiful and there was enough sunbeds for everybody in the hotel so not sunbed wars . Staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel itself was modern and clean .

The only downfall is I chose to pay at hotel in euros and was quoted just under £900 I then got to the hotel and had to pay £1100 not to sure why or how that number came from but they were armament it was right . I paid extra in the first place for a room with a garden view and ended up with a small room facing the car park , would appreciate in future you give the room that has been selected and paid for by the guest to the guest and not just a rubbish one .

We wanted a relaxing few days with sun and swimming, and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. The rooms/hotel is perfect for families, as there was a lot available for kids.

The beds were not very comfortable at all, and by night five I was ready to be back in my home. It was incredible to have 'family hours' at the spa, which was available for free. But the staff were not good at enforcing the rules (no jumping in the small pool, no floats, etc.), and there were a LOT of older kids and adults breaking the rules - making it harder for my 8 year old to enjoy that time, but he found a way.
