Very friendly and informative staff, nice ambience of the hotel, the pool premises were just enough for a nice swim and a tan. The hotel had everything we needed and of nice quality! Wish we had stayed longer, would come back for a second time!

There are limited parking spaces dedicated for the hotel (10€ per day), when we arrived there were no free parking spaces left, so we needed to park in a free parking lot further from the hotel. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The walls of the room were quite thin. The breakfast was okay but the food was a bit bland.

This is a great value hotel with great facilities. It's pool area was nice and it was close to the beach. The drinks were good the staff were friendly and the breakfast was much better than I expected. It was only open the second day for the season and it was quiet. For us ladies over 50 - it was perfect and we would definitely go back again at this time of year.

Here for a hen do - rooms were clean and replenished. Hotel was so lovely and they even have a shower room if you check out late. I would like to praise the staff on their relaxed and positive approach to all guests. This is a party hotel and must take a lot of patience to handle this sort of customer profile. I feel the staff handle it perfectly and therefore isn’t much trouble or issues.

Nothing to be honest. For what we paid and what we were there for I felt the hotel was perfect.

Group of 10 girls celebrating our friends 40th birthday. We were put in 5 rooms in a row in the VIP area. We had a bottle of Cava in each fridge, robes, flipflops and a beach bag were on the bed. We went half board. The food was buffet and catered for all. We were all very impressed. 2 of us arrived early at 11:30am and we could get straight into our bedroom.

The bathroom floor was a bit tired but the cleaners came in daily.

Enjoyed adults only aspect. Good energy around the pool area. Great air con in rooms. Breakfast had great selection and pool bar done a good lunch

After our first clean we were left with only 1 shower towel between 2 and the maids were very reluctant to give any more. This continued until our last day where we were eventually given 2 towels. Although beds and toilet were clean we all felt the floors were quite dirty and gritty

The cealing was leeking watter, the other people were very loud at the night and were knocking on the doors and running like horses.

Wairport to hotel, agreed to 150 euros with a female taxi driver, but she stopped about 10min into the transfer and insisted we pay a further 50 euros,or she would call the police, Your island depends on tourist, no tourist no money or employment to the local economy. The location and the breakfast were great. The beach was very nearby, so the main purpose of the trip was achieved. It was also very neat and clean.

I asked for a kettle to have some warm water as I had a soar throat. But the kettle was denied. Maybe it is the hotel policy for some reason but it was a bit strange that there was no kettle in the room as this is the first time I’ve been in a hotel without this facility.

Location was great, close to restaurants and the beach is nearby. Breakfast was a good spread and had good variety. Property had 2 pools and access to a beach bar. Staff were helpful, check in was efficient. Staff at the breakfast buffet were efficient and friendly.

AC did not properly cool. Felt like only the fan is working, had to position the vents to direct the air towards the bed. Stayed for 5 days and housekeeping was missed even with the sign left on the door knob. Had to find the housekeeper on the floor on the one day we had cleaning done to ensure our room was refreshed.

The breakfasts so perfect! There are lots of variety of food! The atmosphere so perfect, the staffs is very kind!!! The staff Gemma so really really kind!

The pictures doesn’t match the hotel, the hotel is diferente, no have gym, and nobody given us information about tah! There isn’t more option of beer, could be more brands of beer! The air conditioner doesn’t work.
