Location the most. The good point is hotel has outdoor and indoor pool. Spacious rooms and even tough there are families there is no child noise. Easy parking in low season.

There is not always can do attitude, if you ask somethjng they more look for excuses, like non-heated pool where the issue was not solved for three days. Also lack of bathroom and pool rubs, would be great to have them. The kitchen is spacious but not always have everything in place: lack of wine glasses, bread knife.

Location since its beach front. The rooms are confortable and the food in the buffet is good quality and variety.

The 10€ deposit for the towels that has to be in cash. For those who dont have all included, but just breakfast and dinner, know that drinks are not included at dinner. Not even water!!

Hotel was excellent. Location is awesome , right on the beach. Food was great, there were different options each day, there was a variety of foods. Room has a kettle and a microwave. We booked a side sea view, but it was almost a full sea view, we were really pleasantly surprised.

Room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Beverage options for all inclusive guests are a bit limited, for example you can only get small beer. They only have twin beds, no double beds in the rooms.

Great hotel for families. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchenette is great for families with small children. The hotel is located right next to the beach with beautiful views. The service is very nice and helpful. The bartenders are very smiling and cheerful. Delicious and varied food. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was amazing, and I would highly recommend. The rooms are super modern - we had an apartment, which had a lounge, kitchen area, and a separate bedroom. All rooms were 100% clean, modern, well decorated, all just perfect. We also had a balcony, and an extra bonus was the roof-top terrace area, which was a massive plus. Staff were excellent. Foof was excellent - we had planned to eat out a little more, but the all-inclusive was so good we ate in the hotel for every meal! Absolutely nothing to fault about it, and I would - and will - definitely return.

Nice breakfast facilities and great beach front location next to the beautiful Muro beach.

bathroom is super small and quite outdated, pillows and bed were not very comfortable, Can Picafort is not a nice town but this property is on the border of the Muro beach area which is beautiful.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the lovely staff in every department, the seaview from the pool area, I would recommend paying extra for the sea view.

The beach has a lot of seaweed, however if you walk up the beach to playa de muro it is beautiful.
