The resort was really nice. Excellent location, shops and restaurants right around the corner, 5 mins walk to the beach. We were staying in an apartment which was quite lovely. One AC in the "lounge" and another one in the bedroom which saved our lives in the heat. Bed was unusually comfortable and we also had a lovely balcony. Pool was about a minute walk and was lovely, was not too busy either. Breakfast was great, I enjoyed trying new food and they had amazing hash browns! All staff we spoke to were nice, polite and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was not cleaned that well. We were not too bothered as we did not use it but drawer with cutlery was dirty. Sofas in the apartment were stained so we were not too keen on using them. We also struggled to get the apartment cleaned as the cleaner came always came in during the biggest heat where we would come back for a bit from the beach. We were going to leave so we would not bother her but she just gave us fresh towels and left. But these would be issues for someone who would spend loads of time in the apartment whereas we spent most days out and just needed somewhere to sleep so if that is your case, nothing to worry about!

Well positioned as it was close to the boat picking up point for any boat trips, close to the beach, and to all the restaurants. Great view of the marina as well. Staf friendly and polite.

Although I could tell the bed sheets were just changed and washed, weren’t clean. Were stains, loads of hair and funny smell. Perhaps the washing machine needs a deep clean. On top of the bathroom mirror was a snail, was a funny smell inside the apartment when I first got in and the wardrobe doors weren’t closing properly. On Friday night was showing was a professional show and in the end we played bingo with the only entertainer there was.

Stayed in a room with marina view, right on the corner and the view really was fantastic. Seeing that every morning started the day off great. The room itself was OK with everything you need. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Parking all around is not a problem and free. The road opposite the north entrance; Carrer Cova des Moro was perfect and never had an issue getting a space. Breakfasts were great with plenty of options.

We arrived late only to find they'd double booked our marina view room, so had to spend the first night in a standard room, which was annoying at first but the room was ready for us to change to by check out time, plus they gave us half board wristbands by way of compensation. We only used them once as we thought the selection of restaurants nearby were a lot better. The double booking was annoying at the time but remedied very satisfactorily.

Excellent location, within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach, very clean accommodation, rooms cleaned daily, nice pool with plenty of sun beds around, great air con, didnt eat at hotel so cant comment on that, but people we spoke to said they enjoyed the food there, this is of course towards the end of season there, so very peaceful and quiet.

Wi-fi very intermittent, and a small thing but a hand rail against the side of the bath would be useful, sun beds could do with some upgrades!

We love our stay so much. The rooms are really private and feels like we are staying a villa. The room has everything you need. Kitchen, clean towels, air conditioning. It’s also cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with a view to the port and surrounded by many bars or restaurants, a lot of free parking spaces around, and 2 minutes walk from the Cala’n Bosch beach. The pool is also very nice with many seaters. Staffs are very friendly and very accommodating. We also highly recommend the breakfast because they have a lot of stuff prepared for the breakfast by the pool. Everything was just perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. Especially for the value of money, you can’t get anything better than this. It was the best decision to be staying at this hotel!

Location was amazing restaurants shops and bars all on your doorstep. 5 minute walk to beach! The entertainment team were fab! Antonio, jose and alex! All very friendly and made everyone feel welcome! Especially Antonio have never seen someone as happy and the energy he has is amazing! My 2 kids ages 7 and 10 loved kids club and couldn't wait to go every day! Place wouldn't be same without him! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Our room was right on the pool which was perfect during rhe day! But if had little ones and wanted sleep then do ask for room away from pool area as night-time entertainment and noise sometimes ran on until after 12! This isnt even a fault but if do have younger kids that want sleep then request not to be in room over pool!

Clean and looks new, friendly stuff. Interesting design of the hotel complex. Supermarkets are nearby.

There was a strange noise in the building from time to time, apparently from the boiler or some other equipment.

Everything, its centrally located, the staff in the entire town are amazing not just this reaort. The most perfect place for families, from the pool to the entertainment (basic) but good for what you need. Overlooks Marina so no walking to far. We had breakfast included which was ideal with plenty of choice. Supermarkets across road. Free entry to the waterpark (5 min walk away) every day if you wish. Deff recommend for kids, relaxation, convenience, friendliness, and weather.

Whole marina closes early enough so no real late night entertainment. Square across road served by 2 or 3 pubs / restaurants has a stage in middle with entertainment (same guy on guitar every night 7 nights a week, same setlist over and over). But like i said its a family holiday resort so late nights not really required.

Property was not responsive to call. I had questions about commuting to the hotel but no one answered the call or replied to ay booking.com texts.

There was AC in only one of the room and when I spoke to reception about this, they mentioned all the rooms were such. Its unfair to list the property with AC when all the rooms don't have it. Its a must requirement during summers.

The houses were really nice. It was so close to beach and restaurant. We enjoyed our trip here.

The food was sometimes salty and they had bad connection to network. But we recommended this hotel because our stay was amazing.
