It's a peaceful place to stay. It was clean and there was everything that we needed (towels, shampoo, hairdryer, sparkling water and tea in the room). The mattress was comfortable and the bedding was clean. On-site parking and a garden with tables and chairs were a plus. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The only downside is the there were not very clear check-in instructions, which was problematic for us when we had to make a last-minute accommodation choice. However, everyone was happy to help and the hotel was very welcoming including the guests themselves. Actually there are thin walls and we could hear sounds during the day, but it was quiet at night so it didn't bother us.

The room was beautifully furnished with a huge, comfortable bed. Stylish Kettle and coffee machine, a jug of water, coffee (powder) and tea available. Beautiful bathroom with bidet and the shower simply great. Breakfast was delicious too. Onsite Parking definitely a plus

There was only one chair in the room making it difficult for both of us to work. I would add a comfy chair for a second person to be able to relax on instead of sitting on the bed. We arrived late so couldn’t find food and there wasn’t anywhere we could warm up what we had with us.

beautiful property with great views and comfortable bed, the location was helped by being right next to a bus stop that goes right to the centre of town and back every hour. Even without Air Conditioning the room was cool, of course it wasn’t particularly hot on the days I was there.

Parking was the feature that made me book this, but it’s extremely awkward for a motorcycle as the host asked me to park my motorcycle on loose sloped gravel which was extremely dangerous.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was clean and peaceful. When I sent a couple of messages about our booking they were answered very promptly. The hotel is very well positioned for parking safely and taking the bus into the centre. All in all a good stay and we would return.

Just one very minor point. There were only 2 milk sachets in the room. As the hotel is self checkin with no reception there was no-one to ask for more. That meant we had none for the morning having had an evening coffee.

Recommend. Hotel has comfortable beds and room is very clean. Price is good for the location. City centre can be reached easily via bus or bike. Walking is also possible but I'd save the energy on discovering san sebastian! Parking the car on hotel property for free is ideal. Breakfast is good for the price, you want to have space for pintxos in the afternoon anyways!

You can hear other guests walking or showering, but not talking. Not a big deal for me though.

The hotel is quite easy to find, and has good parking spaces on the premises. The breakfast is excellent, the staff very friendly, the room was spacious, with good shower. The bus to the city centre is nearby and goes very regularly, and it is even an easy bike ride.

We booked a family room. Couchbed was good according to my kids :) Room is cozy with 4. Breakfast was served by a very friendly and enthausiastic lady and tasted very good. Could park the car next to the accomodation, very convenient.

Check in is a bit unpersonal without a counter, but efficient. Just fill out the form for breakfast next morning and use the code to enter the room.

This was a pleasant enough one star hotel with private parking. It's very close to a bus stop with only a short ride ito town. A quiet place too.

Not sure if this is really a criticism, but more places are using faceless check-in and out systems where you have to use data roaming to get access codes etc. It's all very impersonal, and if there were to have been a problem how would it have been sorted out? Breakfast was poor with horrible coffee.

Booked late and considered expensive. However, free parking and free breakfast. Room small but perfectly adequate. Easy to get into Old Town by number 13 bus every few minutes. Breakfast staff friendly and efficient.

Little room to unpack your suitcase if staying long.

The people, location, and views were great. Very accommodating and helpful. Loved that they had parking. Breakfast was reasonable, nothing fancy and included.

The streets are tight for an SUV but we were fine. Just need to be patient and careful. No air conditioning, but I am use to that in Spain. Windows were opened and the space got cool very quickly.
