The hotel's location and amenities were excellent, with the fifth-floor swimming pool being a particular highlight. The Halal restaurant, "Kebab City," situated just a three-minute walk from the hotel, provided a enjoyable dining experience. Most shopping areas are approximately 15-20 minutes' walk from the hotel; however, guests may find Uber to be a more convenient and cost-effective transportation option compared to the bus. When visiting Granada, we recommend not missing the opportunity to visit the Alhambra Palace, a remarkable heritage site of Granada " Book Tikckets Online with Guide" I rated it 8 out of 10 primarily due to concerns with the double bed mattress and bathroom facilities.

On my first day, there was an issue regarding room allocation; we requested one double and one twin room, but initially received two twin rooms. This was corrected the following day. Additionally, the mattress in the double bed was not comfortable compared to the twin mattresses. The bathtub in Room 302 did not meet health and safety standards, as it posed a slipping or tripping hazard. Please see attached images.

Nice modern Hotel. Breakfast OK. A local Square a little bit behind the Hotel with good Tapas bar. Quite a walk to the old part of Granada, but you can access the Alhambra from here on foot. Otherwise you can drive there by the Granada by pass road. You have to pay for parking at the Alhambra.

Not a car friendly Hotel. It's impossible to find free parking especially at the week=end. I ended up parking directly over the road in a under ground car park for two nights costing 50 euro. I think you have to factor this in when considering this Hotel. If you don't arrive by car, then no problems.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good choice of cooked, continental, fruit, bread, some sweet treats.etc. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's a pleasant 10-15 walk to the cathedral. The parking worked well, with an undergroud car park accessed via a car lift, it might be a squeeze for a large car but for our mid-sized car or was OK.

The view from our room was of an interior courtyard that wasn't very attractive. The hotel as a whole could do with a bit of smartening up, for a 4 star, nevertheless the rooms themselves were smart and well maintained.

Kindness of the staff, the cleanness of the hotel (room) also the facilities and that I could park my car safely. Every day they made my room clean again. It was also close to the city centre. Close to Basic-Fit as well.

The quality of the pool water was something I did not expected. Compare to the rest of the hotel that was indeed very clean. This was not.

The staff were excellent from the moment of check-in to check-out. They were welcoming, efficient, informative and attentive. The room was large and bathroom spacious. The hotel had a pool with sun loungers on the roof-a welcome break after sight seeing in Granada. We also booked breakfast which had an extensive choice of both hot and cold dishes and was an excellent way to start our day The location was within walking distance of the centre of Granada and we arrived via the metro from the main bus station. The Recogidas station was only five minutes walk away from the hotel. Some shops and restaurants nearby but we chose other districts for our evening meal.

The room size was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was good, 15 minutes walk to center and transportation, a very close supermarket.

The most thing we didn't like is that we found hair on the toilet floor on different spots and poop splashes on the toilet seat which disgusted us and made us question the whole cleanliness of the room, however the room itself didn't have anything concerning cleanliness wise. The breakfast was fine not many options but not bad, however the cheese types didn't taste very good compared to other hotels in Spain.

The room was spotless! The facilities excellent. I loved being able to make a cup of tea in my room! What at a beautiful terrace and clean pool. The size of the room felt spacious and beautifully furnished. For the price, I think I hit the jackpot! The staff were so professional, polite and helpful. The location was perfect with quiet streets and yet close to major shopping. Lucky me. I loved this hotel.

The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good value. On site parking (although costing extra) very useful also

The rooftop pool was great and we took full advantage, but it needed a hotel cafe/bar up there - there was space! If there was food and refreshments offered then even more people would spend the hot afternoons up there. Really feels a missed opportunity.

Location was close to the center, e.g. Granada Cathedral. Breakfast was pretty varied and overall good.

- For a room with 4 persons especially, I think the bathroom door should be of the type which closes tight in order to ensure some intimacy. Instead the door had by design a 1cm gap to its casing all around. :-( - Hotel parking is with a car elevator and it is paid (around 18 euro). Maybe it is just me but I would expect hotel guests to have parking included.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every interaction. The rooms were lovely and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooftop pool is wonderful for a dip in the afternoon when the heat gets a bit much. We were also only 10 mins from the centre.
