The hotel was autentic andalucian style and the rooms were nice and clean. Good and traditional breakfast in the café next to the hotel - very nice! Everyone from the staff was very nice and welcoming! Some only spoke Spanish so communication was a little difficult sometimes, but we made it work, and I was able to practice my Spanish - so it was an amazing stay at the hotel!

I only have a small note: The rooms aren’t soundproofed so sometimes noise could be heard from outside on the street (for instance when trucks drive by in the morning) and from neighbors.

The location was fabulous for shopping and night life. The hotel has the beautiful Spanish feeling of culture in the design. At night quiet even though very close to bars etc.rooms big and airy cleaned every day.

Parking.....nothing to do with the hotel who does provide parking a little bit away. Best to park in one of the big car parks on the verge of the city and get a taxi to the hotel at the same cost. The narrow streets can be daunting to drive plus the fact everything is walking distance or cheap taxi ride.

The hotel is located in the Bib-Rambla area of Granada with beautiful architecture and very close to sightseeing spots like Granada Cathedral, restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping. It's pretty ideally located as you're right in the middle of so much, yet it's not a "clubbing area" so it's still easy to fall asleep at night without getting disturbed by people partying. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed and the bathroom was small but good. It's only about a ten minute walk away from the Albaicín area and depending on your speed and stamina, you could walk to the Alhambra in 20 minutes (there's a shortcut through a park at the side of a square which is easier to walk if you don't like to take the cobblestone steps via Carrera del Darro). I really enjoyed the hotel and found it very reasonably priced for the location. Would definitely return.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Location was good around 20 minutes walking to Alhambra. With taxi, it says on Google 17-20 minutes but actually it is around 8-10 minutes only. Google maps are showing wrong (due to streets that are closed but actually not). Good value for the money you're paying.

It was clean but no that much. More attention to cleaning inside the room would make the place 10/10. Also they don't have an iron (which is okay for 3 star hotels in Granada) so adding iron would be a plus in my opinion.

The room was very tired and in need of freshening up. The wall electric sockets were not working, mini bar was empty and the bathroom was a challenge. The toilet was so close to the wall you had to site on it sideways. The bath was too small it would have been better as just a shower cubicle and no need for the bidet as well…..too many things in such a tiny room. The bed room itself was large so would have been better to extend the bathroom to make it bigger and more modern.

The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony and a bath. The breakfast was tasty, and nice coffee. Fresh fruit.

The hotel needs a little TLC, the balcony looked a little sturdy, the room has had some taking to, the furniture was damaged and dusty, the covers on the bed, had a few stains, the bathroom could do with a good clean with bleach to get rid of mold build up.

Extremely well located for tourists in particular. The history of the building made the stay even more interesting, and the Rincón Lorca restaurant adjacent to the hotel has great food and great service. Having seen locals come to the restaurant gave us the assurance that we chose a good place for dinning. Remember to ask about the movie that was partly filmed in the building...

We found nothing not to like.

Good location in the city center, walking distance from main attractions. Bed were super comfortables.

There is a fridge, but didn't work. We spent quite some time to get hot water as the handle was not properly working It was cold in the room. It'd need some renovations but we were there just to get good rest at night, and beds were perfect.

Location, friendly staff. Have stayed many times.

1. In my room the air conditioning did not seem to work well. I prefer a cool room but the AC seemed too warm. 2. The bar does breakfast next door. But it is not included in the price.As far as I can tell there is no cereal option. But I did know this from previous visits so it is not a major problem but others may want to be aware.

We like the fact that it’s an old building with its own character and a history, in a nice neighborhood; about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel administration helped us with the parking when we came. The breakfast was really good, suited to every taste.

This is an old building, some things didn’t function (refrigerator, safe, faucets…)
