Super beautiful and spacious shared area that I loved, although the pillows and seats were a bit dirty. Kitchen was small but not a big deal as we managed. The rooms felt updated and nice. I love the way they are set up as while there aren’t any privacy curtains, I didn’t have to look at anyone’s faces randomly in the night. I loved that there were separate doors for the toilet so others could still take a shower or use the sink.

Room was quite small for 6 (all female) dorms. My biggest issue however, was that the AC was going directly into my dorm bed. It was freezing every single night because of it, but all the other girls were hot if it got turned off, obviously it’s unfair to keep it off just cause I’m freezing my butt off at night. Please please please, try to find a way to not have the ac blasting directly into 1 bed or provide your guests with more than a sheet to sleep with.

The space was beautiful, well located, and had everything we needed. The staff were so kind and helpful whenever we needed them, and I loved that they had cold water for sale 24h/day. It was great for working and hanging out. I raved about this place the entire time we were there.

Laundry machine was broken, but the nearby laundromats were great and the staff gave us change to use. Would have loved a larger refrigerator in the common area. Don't do what I did: I assumed the TOC Granada was so nice that I should stay at another TOC in Seville. The magic, unfortunately, doesn't extend - just stick to TOC Granada :)

This hostel is beautiful and looks super glam. Reception/lobby area feels like checking into a hotel instead of hostel. Lot of areas to sit/lounge around, some in the open if you want to hang out with a larger group, and little nooks with comfy chairs for the needed quiet times. There’s a large pool table in the lounge room. There’s a laundry room, and great space in the kitchen to eat. It’s really clean and modern. Beds were comfy and conveniently had a light/plug socket in each bed. There’s also a washroom but the shower and toilet had its own separate areas/doors so multiple people can use the washroom at the same time. Also a large locker than can fit a carry on bag and backpack.

I wish they had a bigger fridge, they had a small dorm sized fridge, it was barely cold. Also they really need to add privacy curtains in the dorms. And they charge for storing luggage.

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Location right in the centre of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only reason I did not provide max rating os because the air conditioning did not work in the room, even if we tried to adjust the thermostat, and during the night the temperature in the room got quite high with 6 people in it, and windows fully shut to cancel out the street noise. As some other suggestions for more guest comfort: full body mirror somewhere in the room if possible (the only available mirror for 6 people i s in the bathroom), and privacy curtains for the beds, because when other roommates turn on the light in the room, the light hits fully some of the beds, and the protection panel next to the head area is providing a very small corner of shelter while sleeping.

its a prefect location to enjoy food and walk to most places in old town. the property seems great. the balcony view and the rooftop is not to be missed. facilities like solid bed and elevators were great. common space was efficient and the kitchen well equipped with stoves, pans and pots.

majority staff members were not great greeting people. I don’t think English was their major problem. I hardly heard simple expressions like please, thank you & sorry. I believe hospitality seems fundamental value for hotel and hostel business. The shower room needs to get fixed asap for the sake of the room and the building. The noise from the student groups was bit annoying. and I do understand the stress from big groups, but I do see a sense of improvement in space management and at least some staff manual for larger numbers.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was regularly cleaned. The breakfast was good (missing some eggs though). The rooms were overheated some of the days and couldn't sleep well.

They added a panel for the 8th of March where it was written "Every day is woman's day". I found it awkward since it isn't about the celebration of being a woman but about the commemoration of women's fight for equality, which is another thing. Brilliant location, friendly staff and great ambience all round. A gem in a beautiful city! It had many different amenities and an array of different activities to offer. It also had an eclectic mix of guests. It is has more the feel of a hotel than hostel. Lots of very comfy and welcoming communal areas, all exceptionally clean. It therefore felt like good value for money. Should I return to Granada I would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant opening times due to a change in season were confusing and I couldn't get much clarity on this. Despite and knowing I was in a single room a felt the quality of the bed could have been slightly better, the shower also had a tendency to leak water and flood the bathroom floor.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night. There were travelers of all ages. The bathroom was cleaned every day. The common areas were clean and beautiful. There was a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. There were laundry facilities. It had everything you could possibly need, and it was very centrally located. The restaurant was very good, and inexpensive (with an extra -10% if you are staying there). There were excellent hostel-sponsored activities for solo (and multiple) travelers, and these were less expensive than similar activities booked through guide websites. For example, a guided sunset walk up to the San Miguel lookout ("mirador"), a hike in the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains, a rooftop dinner party, pub crawls, etc.

The lobby bathroom kept running out of toilet paper.

The staff were friendly and efficient. I was on the bottom, so everything was OK. There are no curtains on each bunk, but I feel privacy was still OK. Bedding provided . I also like the option of plugs orcharging ports. I also liked the leather organiser's at the bedside. The lockers were nice and large Downstairs area, is really good lots of space and a kitchen area . The hostel is close to the Cathedral if your travelling via buses into Granada, the number 33 stops outside the bus station, and this goes to the cathedral and just a small walk to the Hostel Lovely stay thank you Ja kie mccormick

We loved the layout of the room, and how effectively the space was used. Each bed had a charger, pouch, and light, which was perfect for each family member. The room also had ample storage space so we didn’t clutter the room. We enjoyed the balcony area and even saw a parade right outside the window which was a unique experience for us! The staff was friendly and always accessible. As a family of five, we often have to book two rooms at traditional hotels, but this space allowed us to stay together.
