Room of a decent size. Two basins in the bathroom! Friendly staff. Cute little move such as lavender pouches to help you sleep and a refreshing welcome drink (lime water) available at lobby. Private parking available.

20 mins walk from the city centre where all the restaurants are based. Quite a straightforward walk though. Area seems safe.

the hotel itself is good. may be it is even better it is located in the very quiet place of Logrono. Breakfast was good. surroundings of the hotel are quiet and safe (to certain extent of course).

I have no issues with the hotel. I was not very impressed with the city of Logrono. especially the center of town where everyone, literally, is drunk or stoned. we were travelling with a child and did not feel very safe. Frenzied crowds of drunk people in the midday. Feeling of total abandonment and hopelessness. La Rioja region is very picturesque, why people go crazy there...hard to say.

the staff was extremely kind and the bed was really comfy

The entrance is very modern, though the rooms lack a bit of that modernity, as the floors are scratched and the wardrobes old, stains in the ceiling, ... The bathroom had some defects too, the walls had some cracks. Overall, there were some defects that should not be in a four-stars hotel. Also, the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced to me taking into account that for instance a morning there were only 2 pieces of sausages and there were 15 of us, and when we asked if there was any more in the kitchen the answer was no.

The Front Desk employee, David, was wonderful, very kind, and helpful. Housekeeping staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, very quiet and clean. The rain shower and very comfortable bed were greatly appreciated. The room and entire hotel were quiet and peaceful. The sauna was fantastic, especially after many days as a Pilgrim walking the Camino de Santiago from St Jean Pied de Port. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many excellent choices.

It was such a delightful place to stay that I wish I had booked a second night.

The rooms were well appointed, large by European standards, and very comfortable. The proximity to walking the river park and to other sights in the city was great ! I felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was easy to find. Parking access was great and the staff extremely helpful at the desk, and everywhere else. The breakfast was amazing ! The bar in the lobby was great - with lots of places to gather and an excellent, helpful, friendly bar tender.

The restaurant on site was not open a couple nights due to staffing issues - and while there were lots of small cafes around within easy walking distance - not as many dinner places.

Quiet and relaxed, super nice and helpful staff. Save and convenient parking in the same building.

Restaurant was closed / probably due to it being low business season. Gym in a regular hotel room was great but the sauna and Turkish bath are off - used only on demand...that felt a bit combersome.

Our room was very comfortable, as were the beds. We ask for walk-in shower and got an amazing bathroom. Real 5 star quality. Hotel was very quiet, but not very full at the time of our visit. Underground parking was safe and secure if a little tight on the turns. No drink making facilities in the room but free service of hot drinks and pastries on the ground floor

I can't think of one thing to criticise

Location is good, a 15 minute walk from the center but way more chill and relaxed. Bed was super comfy, room was huge and fully equipped. Staff was super friendly and easy to get along with. Parking was available in the same building accessible via the Hotel elevator.

The only thing I can think about is the air conditioning unit in the room had a noticeable whine that was a bit annoying during the night. Easy fix, as it was not a hot night and we just turned it off.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve had.

The hotel is located a little out from the city centre, about 10-15 mins walk.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. We appreciated the location, although it was a bit challenging to locate the parking entrance. We discovered some charming local eateries nearby and enjoyed mingling with the locals. We also relished the coffee served at the reception.

We considered using the Turkish bath, but I can assure you this is not a Turkish bath or a banio Turco.
