The hotel is a top of the line, real 5-star hotel. Besides some reservation glitches, I highly recommend
The pool and hot tub were cold. I booked a two doublebed room for a family of 4. I was forced to take an executive room for double price at check-in. ,??? The hotel knew in advance we were a family with a service dog, and they did not have the room for us. They made us sitting in the lobby for more than hour.,??? We made a dinner reservation, but upon arrival, there were no tables available. We had to sit down in the bar with 2 under edge children., ???

The bath room had heated floors that were excellent like a Spa and a huge tub
We took the four seasons suite for some reason breakfest is not included, would expect that and those rates and that high level we would have it included In addition thought our room was excellent in quality but all windows we higher them us so we could not really look outside

Excellent breakfast, all the proposed selection tasted fantastic. Very attentive personnel for room service, multiple visits during the day for the guest comfort. Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractive destinations in Madrid (museums, parks, architecture, shopping).

The Hotel is beautiful,excellent location,the staff,I will return for sure.
The restaurant in the 7th floor,after we seated,we have to wait around 2 hours to eat and even worse the food was worst than the worst airplane food,and the cost as if you were eating in a first class restaurant which is not the case.

The room was spacious and cleaned at least two times a day, very near to the centre and everything thing is close to reasurants, shops and cafes. All the staff were helpful and friendly and recommended to us places to visit and always offered help. The reasurant at the 7th floor was excellent and the staff were great specially Alexander 👌 his service was excellent and helped us and was very professional.
