The location was excellent, but there were many other options in the same area.
Some of the staff were rude, the room service isn’t very good and after 12 AM it’s nonexistent. Not what you’d expect from a five star hotel

Staff is great, bathroom has amazing shower with great water pressure. Decent size bedroom. Centrally located for tourism. The hotel itself is very well put.
The room service menu is very reduced and the food not great. Madrid has a huge variety of local food they could offer, instead of a burned club sandwich and a tasteless burger. TV only has news channels.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, with an excellent location close to most attractions. The staff provides a warm welcome and exceptional service. The hotel has a pleasant fragrance, and the cleanliness is maintained at a high standard.

1. concierge i did not like especially “Alex” he is rude; however, Enrique was much helpful and polite and respectful 2. House keeping needs to be improved 3. reception sometimes do not answer quickly 4. the hotel do not have a direct line for house keeping 5. one night i went down to the reception to ask for the complementary water .. this is a five stars hotel

No welcoming atmosphere at the arrival and during check in. Refreshing drink to guests would be a nice touch especially after walking to the hotel with suitcases because the hotel was not reachable by a taxi due to demonstrations.

The upgrade offered although slightly better was very noisy at nights especially given that we came for a weekend, and given the room was approx 800€ per night maybe your staff could have suggested an alternative location within your establishment
