My family and I had to stay over in Madrid just for one night, and needed a place near the airport. This place was very clean, and everyone was super helpful! Airport shuttle included which was amazing and got us to the airport on time with no issues. We left so early in the morning, they even gave us some fruit to take with us! The beds were comfortable, good shower, perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend for a family, had a very cute little sitting area aswell with a TV included, and privacy to the rooms. All in all, great experience, would go again!(:

The hotel is close to the airport and we used to spend 1 night before flight. Also they serve airport shuttle for free.. Hotel is part of Meliá group and it feels in every corner. Room was absolutely clean, comfortable beds. In a family room there were 2 bedrooms - one with large double bed (at least 160 cm wide), and another with 2 bunk beds. One more bed was made up at the entrance room + there was big table, sofa, TV, fridge l, etc. breakfast was till 11am and excellent. Swimming pool is free you just need to buy swimming cap for 4 EUR or take yours. Overall, great experience and also good value for money

Shuttle service is amazing! The picked us up without problem, the bus comes to the terminal every 45 minutes so there is no worries to miss it. And they even drop us off at the airport at 4am and the bus was very comfortable. The property is very comfortable rooms are very spacious and beds are too. Breakfast was good many options. Since check in is late 4pm they have lockers so you can put your luggage although is not free you have to pay €10 euros for 24 hours or 6 for 2 hours

I hated ten shuttle waited almost 2 HOURS!! The shuttle is too small I was at T4 by the time it reach this terminal it was full so I had to wait for the next o e another 45 min ….. ridiculous! Next day I was going to T1 the driver of a big bus just when to T4 …. Since I was the only one going to T1 he drop me there and said he couldn’t take to the other terminal too bad so sad I guess! The shuttle service at this hotel is extremely poor !!! Such a big hotel with such a shitty service ! Totally Unreliable !

It is an incredible hotel, very close and accessible to the major road. Also not too far from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good which impressed me.

The swimming pool was closed. I was told the pool was closed for the period. This was not stated in the hotel info and it was a major factor in me selecting the hotel. I was disappointed me a lot as I believe it should have been stated on their website (or in booking.com) that the swimming pool is closed. When I enquired from the front desk, I didn’t get any tangible information regarding the pool which again disappointed me. It was one of the reasons I wanted to checkout early but I could because the hotel wouldn’t give a refund.

room had little ventilation. i requested for windows to open, since handles were removed for security reasons. i suggest a device be fitted onto windows to allow them to open a few partially so that security can be maintained while guest could also have fresh crisp air into their room when needed.

Breakfast could improve. had to wait a long time at airport for shuttle service. Please have an electronic board displaying expected time of arrival displayed at pick up point at airport. The bus stops in Heluva have it, so can you.

The breakfast is exceptional and the restaurant staff is kind and helpful. At the reception, we would like to mention Miguel Smith. He was the only one we received polite and helpful treatment from.

They don't have a shuttle to the airport from 07:30 to 11:30, so we had to order a taxi. The hotel is in an area that is not pleasant to walk around. There are no shops within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. Access to the dining room is inconvenient and requires passing through an open, cold patio. The bathroom is cramped because the bidet is stuck in front of the bathtub. There were no hangers to hang a second towel and clothes, and there was a lack of toilet paper. The safe is very small and does not even fit a tablet and certainly not a laptop. The arrangement of the beds in the bedroom creates crowding.

I didn't like the generic name of the hotel with other nearby similar names that are affiliated with the Meliá chain. I spoke in my native Spanish with the bus driver about going to a Meliá hotel and showed him my reservation in my mobile phone and he confirmed I was going to the correct hotel. I even helped translate English-Spanish for the driver and a few other passengers. After about 15 minutes waiting in line to check in, the front desk clerk informed me I was in another Meliá hotel and I had a choice of taking a taxi (given it was already around 22:00h) or the airport shuttle back and then take the other one to the correct hotel, but which can take a long while, given the time of the evening. The taxi ride of almost 20 euros was on my own.

The check-in desk is open 24/7 and it was not an issue to arrive at 2am. The staff were alright and the breakfast was good. The room I had was clean and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The airport shuttle bus was good but I was lucky to get on since there were more people waiting than the bus could fit (would be very frustrating if running on a tight schedule). The bus is free and you just have to get signed up for it the day before/prior to using it.

The only complaint I have about this experience was that the beds had strange full-width pillows (like 1.5m long pillows) which were also a bit narrow and too thick in my opinion. I assume that if I had called to ask for normal pillows they would have brought something but I was too tired to deal with it.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. The family room is very confortable. The staff at the reception was very nice, the coordination of the shuttle bus to go from the hotel to the airport was very easy and accurate. The breakfast was very good, the staff at the restaurant was not very nice.

There was high demand of the hotel and the shuttle bus is not large enough to provide the service to all the guest waiting at the airport.
