I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated, and everything feels fresh and clean. Even in February, there was no humidity or dampness, which was a big plus. The hotel is very quiet, making it perfect for a good rest. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time and even invited us to have breakfast on the day of arrival, which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast buffet included a variety of Spanish national dishes, which added to the experience. The location is also convenient—close to the airport, with street parking available nearby. One more thing that really impressed me was the hotel's attitude: we accidentally broke a glass in the room, but instead of charging us, they simply said, "Accidents happen." Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel, great views, fantastic location so close to the bus stop to the airport and so close to the beach and resturants !! The pool was incredible and so relaxing with a towel service and a bar 😊 the spa facilities were so relaxing and not busy at all! Breakfast had a delicious spread with lots of variety and staff were so nice. They also left us a lovely gift of chocolate muffins on our bed on our last day!! Such a great service 🤍

The bed was a bit too firm/sunken and for a double room it was quite small. Also the room was in front of the elevator and could hear the beeps it made all night through the door.

Nice hotel, recently refurbished / renovated/ expanded new. Everywhere it was clean and all areas well equipped indoors and outside. Personnel was pleasant and willing to assist. Reception gave good tips, guidance for visits and events, transportation, bike rental… The hotel has a large locked bike room, where there is place for washing and bike maintenance. Spa was spacious, with sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, steam room… all to be used by a max of 8 people simultaneously pre booked the previous day at no extra charge. Location is convenient, quiet (end of impasse street) to reach the beach-front in 5min walk and find everything you need, restaurants/ bars/ coffee/ shops… No parking on site, but we managed with no problem to find a parking slot every time on the street in front of the Hotel. Our rooms had nice sea views and the spectacular sunsets.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with beautiful decor and excellent service throughout. We were especially impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the pool bar and breakfast staff. We stayed in a superior room, which featured a lovely terrace surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers — a perfect spot to relax.

The hotel itself was stunning and offered a wonderful stay. However, we found the surrounding area to be quite lively, particularly near the beach, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. It wasn’t quite the right fit for us personally.

The hotel facilities are great, and the short distance from the beach (just a few mins walking) makes it even better. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, with a good variety of food. And the staff is really friendly and professional.

The room was not soundproof. There were moments when guests were arriving after midnight and it seemed that they were right inside our room. The air conditioning temps were not very low and, sometimes, it seemed to be colder outside during the night. It's probably related to some regulations regarding the A/C temperature, which we found out later via Google. Also, I got a link to personalize my stay and requested flowers in the bedroom, but I didn't get them.

We stayed at the Paradiso Garden Hotel in October 2024, it was a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel with a modern style throughout. The outside provides excellent areas to relax and sip a cold or hot drink. Free use of the Spa is a big bonus and we loved relaxing there. The hotel is 200m from the beach in a quiet cul de sac. The 25 local bus takes 30mins to get into the beautiful city of Palma. A trip we did a couple of times. The food was excellent. The staff at the Paradiso Gardens are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention must be made to Pilar in the dining room. A lovely lady who greets everyone with a smile to start their day. Cloe, the guest services manager, was also so helpful and friendly. She was a delight.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Paradiso Grande! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the incredible hospitality of the staff – they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with every space, from the rooms to the common areas, kept spotless. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca and will definitely return in the future!

I wish the spa was open longer than 7 o'clock.

We loved the room its was very clean and had a pool outside the balcony which was a treat. The staff we incredible and made us feel special everyday. The hospitality was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful from start to finish. The food & drinks were reasonably priced. The cleaning staff were great and cleaned our room when we were ready so we could feel relaxed. The breakfast was included in our room and didn’t finish until 1pm which we have never experienced in hotel before so we felt very relaxed. The breakfast was nice and lunch at the pool was nice too overlooking the main pool in the hotel. The facilities were amazing and clean. We thank you Paradiso Garden. We will 100% be back and we will recommend you to all of our clients.

Nothing we loved everything from start to finish.

- The entire staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English and even helped us improve our Spanish which was rather lacking, definitely the brightest spot of the hotel. - The rooms are cleaned every day and are very clean. - Superb breakfast, great quality and variety. They will even go out of their way to provide early breakfast if you need it. - It was really quiet and calm at night even though the entire neigbourhood is full of German alcohol tourists. Plus the bed and pillows were really comfortable so we had absolutely no problem sleeping. - We rented a car and there was plenty of free parking near the hotel.

- Our room was extremely small, nowhere to put your clothes or suitcases, not that comfortable for longer stays. - Huge queue for the pool every day, although the atmosphere and music are really nice if you manage to get a sunbed.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. Its location is just off the strip and the beach is approx 3 mins walk away. The spa is fantastic and not very busy when I used it. The staff are well informed and always friendly. It was a return visit for us and they acknowledged this on arrival.

We had an issue with shards of glass in our swim up room pool.. it was the base of a beer bottle. I did mention it to reception however I did find more the next day.
