Lovely family run hotel. There are a few issues that need to be looked at. Room 14 the door to the apartment is very tricky to open and lock. Whilst having our evening meals we advised one of the staff that a gentleman on the next table was smoking. He shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. On.leaving I was presented with the bill hoping to pay by the card attached to my phone. I was told that the terminal did not work for this and did I have the physical card. Also the fridge in the room did not work. The above did not affect our stay but need looking at.

We were travelling from another part of Mallorca and needed some peace and quiet and this place met my expectations. Really cosy little hotel located 3-4 min walk from the beach but it's yet somehow hidden from the all noise of boulevar so that makes it ideal if you're looking for some peace. I was travelling with child and can highly recommend this to families. We had a room on the first floor, had a good night sleep in comfy beds. Loved the hotel breakfast, it was fresh and very tasty. The staff is really friendly. The ladies make you feel like you're staying more at auntie's house than in the hotel. Lovely ladies and family atmosphere. Would love to come back! Thank you

Stayed in a junior suit, quite a reasonable space with a lounge, double bedroom and good size bathroom/shower facility. Breakfasts brilliant as always. Staff welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food brilliant compared to most local places who all do very much the same offerings. Fish particularly good and the grilled sole was brilliant. Drinks are a very reasonable price ad good selection of wines.

Spectacular hospitality in a beautiful homely hotel. We had arrived late so the reception was closed but there was no issues getting into the room. The breakfast was good too with a decent selection and freshly made eggs. The hotel is in a great location just off the main road so is quieter, but still very close to the beach, shops and various restaurants and bars. When we were leaving early the next morning, we were able to check out the day before to ensure everything went smoothly. We are very appreciative for Katia and her family for the accommodations made, nothing is too much trouble to them. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The location is really good, very near to the sea and many shops on Paguera Boulevard, they are having a very lovely patio, Breakfast includes everything you need, fresh eggs are made according to your wish immediately, the owner is very friendly and communicative, you feel at once like belonging to the family.

By booking a "suite", we expected 2 bedrooms in it. This is not made very clear in the advertisement text, that they don't have rooms with 2 bedrooms. So we booked one additional room upon arriving. I wouldn't call it a suite, its a room with one extra room with a sofa and tv. Tablecloths for breakfast should be changed every day.

Nice and peaceful family hotel. Nice and clean room with a lovely garden . Everyone does there best to make you feel at home. That is why I came again to this hotel. Very good location near restaurants,beach,busstop. Every morning good breakfast. Thank you Katia and family and the ladies from the cleaning to make my stay very pleasant.

Beautiful building, loved the yellow and the garden, very comfortable beds - we slept really well here, could hear the birds outside and not much else, exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and wonderful attentiveness and friendliness from the staff.

They were changing the TV in our room one day when we got back, it would have been nice to receive a warning beforehand

Unfortunately, I didn't see a dairy-free milk option for breakfast, so it’s wise to bring your own if needed. To be honest I didn't ask for it.

We booked a hotel room for one night only. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Nothing to complain about.

The checkin process was weird. The only lady who spoke English wasn't sober :) Not the end of the day, of course, she was really positive and trying to help. But this is definitely unprofessional and made all the process slow and a bit stressful.

We loved our stay at Hotel Cupidor…it was absolutely perfect for me and my mum. Wr arrived on an early hours stay and was worried about accessing our room but Katya was very responsive beforehand good communication and everything worked out well upon arrival. We were upgraded to a suite so that was better for my mum. (Thank you!!) The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh fruit, bread, cold meats, cheese selection and eggs made to order! Katya and her mum really looked after us and made our holiday just perfect! Oh.. nearly forgot to mention the restaurant food is amazing, our best meal while in Paguera.

Honestly nothing to complain about! Perfect.
