It was our 1st time staying at La Siesta. We will definitely be back. The reception area was very spacious and decorated with amazing pieces of furniture. A beautiful area to unwind and read a book or play cards Scrabble etc. Our bedroom was very spacious and had a large very comfortable bed. The restaurant was large. The food selection was amazing and varied every night and was very well staffed. The Staff were friendly in all areas and very helpful and welcoming. The pool area was large with plenty of sunbeds and a poolside bar. The nightly entertainment was good with acts such as The Beetled tribute band and the Two Tenors. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back to stay at La Siesta.

Location is just perfect. Very friendly staff, very clean. Food was also good and lot of options. Nice pool area and child friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall we liked our stay here. These are not a negetive feedback but a recommendation and information for future guests. 1. Wifi was not good at all. Not even in the room it was working properly. Although in the reception it was fine. 2. There is additional cost for the safe in the room if you use it. 3. People reserve the sun bed besides the pool using their towel very early in the morning, although it is not allowed as per hotel rules. When I informed this to the reception, they basically did nothing. So if you want a place in the pool area, reserve it with your towel on your own as early as possible.

The location is right in the middle of the tourist area. All shops, beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The staffs are very nice especially the restaurant’s staffs. They were so helpful and friendly, except the lifeguards at the pools. Don’t really understand him as he kept told people off for unknown reasons. The evening entertainment shows for kids and adults were great. They kept everyone entertain after in the evening dinner. It was a very good plus!

The cleanliness of the restaurant, tables and baby chairs were very sticky. Cockroaches were walking around the floor. The food on the buffet bars could be a bit messy if you arrived late for breakfast and dinner. The food varieties pretty much the same everyday which could be bit boring but does the job. The game room and kid area at the basement needs an upgrade.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had a wonderful experience at Hotel La Siesta in Tenerife. The reception staff were incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, always ready to provide helpful advice and assistance with genuine enthusiasm. The restaurant team deserves special praise - they were friendly, efficient, quick, and entertaining, making every meal enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained with a great location that's convenient for exploring the area. The daily room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff were absolutely perfect - kind, helpful, and skilled at their work. I was particularly impressed with the excellent soundproofing of the windows, which completely blocked out any noise from the nightlife, ensuring peaceful sleep. Overall, everything was superb. My only minor suggestion would be for management to address the occasional cockroach issue in the restaurant area, as this might be concerning for guests from certain countries where this is less acceptable. Despite this small detail, I would highly recommend Hotel La Siesta for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction truly makes this hotel stand out. Rating: Highly Recommended

We loved the hotel. Very well situated in the middle of everything. The staff were great. The cleaners came every day, changed towels and made beds, and cleaned around. Lovely balcony to sit on during the evening. Great air con much needed so hot. The communal areas were spotless. There was a large variety of food choices at meal times. However, coming from a catering background, the hot food section was either cold or just warm. We were the first ones into the dining room most days, and the food was still cold or warm. Luckily, there was a microwave we used to heat our food up.

I took my son for a father-son week and we had a delightful holiday. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but in perfect order. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spot on for kids, and although not every dish was a winner, we always left feeling full and satisfied. The games room is a nice touch, but it felt like it was a bit neglected. Two of the machines were out of order without being marked as such, and the change machine also didn't work. The gym had a good selection of weights and was serviceable, albeit small. The holes in the plates for the barbells were of differing diameters, and many didn't seem to fit any of the barbells I saw.

Nice shallow pools for the 3 year old and really nice food variety for all tastes and ages. Spacious room. My 8 year old enjoyed face painting every evening. Location was amazing - shops, beaches, bus stop to Siam aqua park, all within walking distance (2-10 min).

Cafeteria itself was quite dull and dark, no nice views or terrace. Staff professional and polite, but not particularly friendly - not smiling at all (in the restaurant or by the pool). We were refused late check out which is ok, but they couldn’t even extend our ‘all inclusive’ pass for drinks and ice cream by the pool for that day (despite our late check in and missing a full first day). Overall a very nice hotel, nothing went terribly wrong, and the food was a positive surprise, but nothing ‘wow-ed’ us either, and next time I would probably be curious to explore a new hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, food fantastic with a great variety and the serving staff polite and friendly, the rooms were large and the bed so comfortable including the pillows The adult only rooftop was lovely and quiet and had plenty of sun beds, the showers there was a nice touch but a pool or jacuzzi would be better

The rush to get sun beds in the morning, towels on beds by 8am and not turning up to use them until noon

The room was very spacious and the beds were big and comfy. The pool area was lovely and sutiable to all. The staff were really pleasant throughout the stay, breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Included was access to the spa, gym which was a great option to have. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelling to all areas within southern Tenerife.

There could be an iron within the rooms, it was said for security reasons it was not allowed but would be great to have as the laundry service provided could take 2-3 days without weekends so for shorter stays not very useful.

Everything was great would definitely stay again, lovely hotel and people, drinks & food was good, not a huge selection

The balcony door looked slightly broke which caused a weird knocking all through the night with the wind I don’t think the room was very deep cleaned, there was a back of an earring on the floor in the bathroom when we walked in and an ear bud on the floor, mirrors were dirty (still had previous people’s writing on from steam and liquid that had tipped on the mirror so they hadn’t been cleaned) and there was a bottle of water left in the wardrobe assuming from the previous people and the cleaners hadn’t removed it
