Apartment was bigger than I booked. Very clean and close to everything. Very basic kitchen and very basic apartment. But still very good value for money.

The cleaning service starts at 8am. While the service is impeccable in terms of cleaning, there's one particular lady that has opened my room door 5 times in a week, when I clearly put the do not disturb sign out the door. This has happened early at around 8.30/9. She also doesn't understand a word of English, so the main problem telling her you don't need cleaning that day and she needs to get out.

Good value for money...It is what it says on the tin...no luxuries just basic amenities...they charge €20 for the remote of the AC and €10 for the key to the safe but both are fully refundable on check out by returning the key and the remote...I would stay there again.

There was only a couple of blemishes on the day I arrived I tried to call the hotel about 4 times as I had some questions about check in and nobody answer the phone. And the second was the tv in the room wasn't working I told them about it the first morning unfortunately nothing was done about it, it still wasn't working when I left.

The hotel was perfect for us, a family of three. We had booked it with breakfast included. Since the apartment comes with a small kitchenette, evening dinner was easy to handle here. There is a supermarket very nearby. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of things to choose from. The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. Room keeping went very well, and we had a nice and clean room, bathroom, and balcony which was right at the same level as the large seating terrace. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stop Tucan (100m) so very easy to reach by public transport (we took the bus 30 from North airport). Therefore the botanical garden is also a relatively short walk (10-15 minutes). You can reach the city centre and boulevard going down, which takes about 15 minutes. We had a room facing the street, which also gave us a good view of El Teide.

The outdoor pool was very nice, but we were a bit surprised to find out it was not heated (at least it seemed to us quite cold). I guess in hot weather this makes a lot of sense, but we were there at the end of December/start January.

Location - excellent as on bus route for airports. Studio - perfect size & good layout Balcony - perfect with lovely view Staff - excellent customer service in partucular the ladies on reception during the day hours. They exceeded my expectations. Very helpful with information for tourists too. Coffee machine near reception ✅

Cleanliness - bathroom - more needed Sound proofing - required as very noisy from corridor & gap under main door. Every time someone closes their apt door, very noisy. Landline phone - didnt work - I reported it to reception

Being on the top floor we had a lovely large balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for some of the main bus routes. The price we paid was very good value

The hotel is located a bit up hill from main front area, but it wasn't a long walk, but not ideal if you have difficulty walking up steep stairs. The taxis are very reasonable so not really a major issue. An upgrade in mattresses would be recommended to hotel owners as some are not the comfiest.

The facility is located in a perfect location, 20 minutes from the city center and beautiful beaches. A great opportunity to take a walk after breakfast or lunch. There are parking spaces everywhere, that's what worried us the most. There are large parking lots by the beaches that are free. From the building on two sides there are beautiful botanical gardens and stairs A.C. The staff is friendly, our rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning ladies regularly changed towels and made our beds. That thrilled me. The swimming pool is also part of the building. Recommendations and we will certainly return to the same facility.

Breakfast good. Reasonable choices. Room very good. Wrap around balcony excellent. Pool area nice. Sun on pool most of the day. Good wee pool bar and beds. Reception staff helpful. House keeper on our floor was a breath of fresh air. Bright breezy and accommodating

Bed a little uncomfortable. Pillows great.could do with a kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi could do with a booster. Hit and a miss depending where you are in the room.

Everything was very good there. was very pleased with the room and great bed. The staff was very nice. If anything was missing in the room, it was fixed immediately. Would definitely love to be there again.

Nice pool, friendly staff, big room, excellent location for walking into town (as long as you like hills) with good local bar round the corner. Kitchen equipment more than adequate (unlike in some reviews). Room cleaned every 2 days. Lots of storage space. Pool view but not noisy ! Excellent value for money.

Was worried before going as had seen recent reviews on other sites that the place wasn't clean. Worries totally unfounded!

I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor. It was the perfect size for one. It was on the quiet side of the hotel away from the pool area which was good. Had a balcony with a view of Teide when the clouds lifted. Studio was very clean and had all the basic equipment in the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to.

Have to be honest and say - the food could be a lot better. I opted for breakfast included which is unusual for me. It would be better to not serve food of that standard, but leave everyone to self-cater or serve cold breakfast choices only. The hot food items looked like they'd died a decade ago. Was tired on the last night of my stay and decided to opt to eat in at the dinner buffet. Bad choice. The food on display looked liked it had been prepared by a five-year old then been hung out to dry. Say no more.
