The breakfast was perfect every morning. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday. The staff was very very helpful with a situation me and my family had. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect for a nice relaxing holiday. I have been to this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years and I’m already looking forward to booking for next year to come back again! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Honestly, there was nothing me and my family didn’t like. We actually came from another hotel because that hotel was not what any of us expected.

Large bedrooms, very clean, great location Staff are always super helpful and friendly, same bar staff from last year who made us feel welcome. The entertainment team, Maria and her partner tried very hard to get the guests involved with activities which wasn’t easy as the hotel has a ban on outdoor music which meant the evenings entertainment was held inside, and most of the guests, especially our group preferred to spend the time sat on the outside terrace.

No music allowed outside, this meant is was quiet, the pool actives had to be done without music, the evening entertainment had to be held inside but we wanted to be able to enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air in the evenings

Great location close to many bars and eating places. 10 minutes to nearest beach. Nice rooms plenty of room for 2 of us Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good and plenty of choice. Reasonable prices for drinks.

Only negative was the pool area which is too small for a big hotel. Can be a bit crowded at times.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great location, just a few mins from a lovely beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Good selection of food with different themed evenings each night.

Pool was quite small for number of guests so you were not able to really swim. Kids were disappointed that no balls were allowed in the pool

The food was good and always something to eat and the air conditioning was brilliant. Nothing was ever an issue. Was in 5 mins walking distance to beach, pubs , shops, main strip and always felt safe.

The rooms were very narrow and it's hard to get pass each other. The entertainment was inside 5 nights out of 7 which was disappointing and it was never great entertainment. The Karaoke night was the only good night.

Most things were good in the hotel, but when the groups of people (all nationalities but mostly UK) arrived the unnecessary noise and drinking let the hotel down. Some small details like the pool tables were not level, could improve the choices at the bar. Generally good.

This has been the friendliest hotel I have ever been too. Every member of staff was helpful and fun. The hotel was super clean. Food was great. Bar staff were so fun. Thank you Dave and team. We saw the hotel manager gently checking things most days which was a first for me. I think happy team happy customers.

We were on holiday in Spain so I get it, but they did not translate into English on the evening entertainment so we danced along but had no idea what was actually said.

It was clean, staff very polite and helpful and the area was nice, beach is near.

The food was good, but not excellent. Some dishes lacked taste, but in general you could easily find something good to eat.

Friendly staff, hotel was fab near the beach and bars/restaurants, nice pool area and indoor games area drinks were good,

The food seemed a little repetitive and didn't appear to be everything it said it was.

It’s not really a dislike as such, all I would say is, there should be more food and drinks that’s should be free for the all inclusive at the snack bar, although the options where ok, needs to be more. Also, there needs to be a clear menu for drinks and food that is available for the all inclusive.
