The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in and couldn't do enough for me. The hotel was spotlessly clean and I absolutely loved the various seating areas dotted about, which gave the option to sit quietly and privately in small cosy groups or to be immersed with others in the activity of the animation team. Having a choice of pools was very pleasant - my personal favourite was the roof top pool. My room was very comfortable and the view from my balcony was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great triple room, very clean. Not very spacious but enough room to move about in. Small balcony with table and chairs, clean bathroom with shower. Beds were comfortable, enough storage space, shower was great - nice and powerful, lots of towels, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, TV and mini fridge. Great location, minutes from beach. Hotel is on a slight hill but not too bad. Near bars and restaurants but set back enough to be away from the noise. Staff are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Bar staff are welcoming. We had breakfast included in stay - lots of variety and choice. Hotel has plenty of areas to relax in and decor is bright and modern.

Hairdryer in bathroom needs replacing as sounded like it was going to explode when using. Hotel staff need to manage noisy residents better - the walls are quite thin!

Breakfast and evening meals were very good, nice selection of food Enjoyed the aqua aerobics/dance in the mornings in the pool, and also the stretch class (pilates/yoga) Instructor was very good and is very friendly upbeat lady. Lovely clean hotel, selection of pools, including roof pool with amazing views. Friendly staff

People hogging the sunbeds, put out towels early on several sunbeds and held onto all day even when not at the pool. No kettle in the bedroom, wasn't that big an issue for me but other family member would like the option of making a cup of tea/coffee.

Love this hotel, have been to Salou over 10 times and this is my favourite hotel. The hotel is really clean, the staff are really friendly, you have 3 pools including a rooftop pool and bar, the gym is small but perfect for a workout on holiday and the location is right beside the beach. The side entrance with lift cuts out the hill walk and the hotel is across from The Guinness Tavern which has arguably the best food around. Highly recommend.

I requested a high floor on my booking and this is what I got on arrival. The Hotel is beautiful and spotless clean, Staff are very friendly and always went out of their way to help. I stayed half board & their was always something to choose from, the salads were exceptional. Our room was on the 5th floor and was beautiful, the bed was very comfy. The safe in the room was free which was an added bonus. We were able to hire a kettle and this arrived up on a tray with cups & saucers, sugar, tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. It cost €12 for the 6 days and €20 deposit which we got back on our departure date. The cost of a drink at the Hotel was €6.20 for a glass of Red Wine and a pint of the Local Beer, Cannot fault anything in the Hotel Las Vegas and would highly recommend it

Dinner only started at 7.30. We always went down about 8.15 to avoid the crowd but a little late for eating. Starting 30 minutes earlier with dinner would be my only request to better my stay.

The property was in an excellent location and the facilities were impeccable

On booking the holiday we were told the taxes were included, however, on arrival we were then told we still had to pay taxes. I feel it was mis sold in that it wasn’t all in. On telling the receptionist and showing her our booking she said this was wrong and that she would speak to her manager. We heard nothing more regarding this, she even took a screenshot of our booking and made us pay

Loved everything about this place. Location and room were excellent. Onsite activities were so much fun and we especially loved the aqua fitness in the pool! Also loved the pool side service for lunch and snacks. Lots of restaurants and shops less than a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.

Staff at the reception could have been more helpful and provided more information for those visiting the hotel for the first time (e.g, hour for breakfast, location of the pools). The air conditioning is not the strongest but you get used to it!

Very nice place in good location near the sea. The number had enough place. Breakfasts were good, but everyday the same. Lots of bars and restaurants are near the hotel.

- 3 pools but water was very very cold and not enough parasols near the pools - if you have the number with pool and sea view (they are more expensive) you will have no relax at all. Very loud music from the 1st floor and after that you can hear all voices of the people at the terrace. And every morning at 8 o clock the staff starts to move furniture at the terrace. Crazy noise and very irritating. So you pay for the more expensive number but you could not sleep and relax at all. - what about clearness: something there were dirty plates at the breakfast and in the rooms bed sheets were with spots

The atmosphere. The hotel staff is full of nice people who are helpful and always have a kind word to say. It's nice to talk to them. Especially Tono, who stands out with his charming, polite, pleasant manners.

Perhaps you need to be more assertive in dealing with the loud, arrogant behaviour of the younger generation, which disturbs the peace and quiet of the evening. Young French people in particular are selfish, but the loudness of the Germans is also very disturbing. The hotel security service could carry out spot checks in the corridors to check for disorderly behaviour after midnight.

It has 2 adults only pools which means it’s great to be apart of the buzz but also to step away too. Location is great. Bus stop down from the hotel to different neighbouring towns and a 2 minute walk to the main strip & beach. It is an amazing location to be near the heart of the buzz but not directly in the hectic energy of the Main Street. Most of the staff were lovely and remedied any issues that arose. I’d recommend half board as Salou is quite expensive.

Some of the wait staff in the poolside bar were quite indifferent, e.g, we found a 2inch piece of metal pot scrubber in the patatas bravas and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. Not necessarily rude but just indifferent and make you feel bad about asking for anything. The buffet doesn’t have many vegetable options and most vegetable dishes/salads had small pieces of meat or fish mixed in. Not many gluten free options too but the chef will give you bread/muffins etc from behind the counter if you ask. You could get a kettle to the room but none of the additions were communicated on check-in. Everything is at an extra cost, including clean towels etc.
