We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Communication was great and we had clear instructions about how to check in as we arrived late at night. The view from the hotel balcony was exceptional, and the room itself was really clean and comfortable. I was worried about the bathroom being outdated, but it was actually very reasonable, and the shower had good pressure. Spacious and practical open wardrobe, a fridge, daily room service and lovely cleaning ladies! Another great thing was that they had a luggage storage space and a shower room/toilet that we were able to use after check-out as our flight was late in the evening and we could freshen up after spending the last day at the beach!

The only thing that I felt like was missing was hand soap, but it was not a big deal :) However, here are some things that people might find useful to know: - they have a private car park just by the hotel for 5 euros per day, but you can just park around the corner (a minute or two distance), but the road to the hotel is extremely steep, so keep that in mind if you have accessibility needs. - the hotel does not offer to rent beach towels, so bring your own or buy them locally for about 12+ euros. - in Mallorca, the tap water is slightly salty, so buy bottled water for drinking and, ladies, definitely get some hair conditioner!

The location, the view, the beach, Albert, it was exactly as described but better in real life. Will be returning again.

I had a wonderful 10-day summer stay at Hostal Palmaria in August. The hotel is in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of Cala Santanyí—we had a patio with a direct view of the beach, and access to the Cala was just a few steps away, which made the experience unforgettable. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the area had everything we needed: a couple of nice restaurants and a small grocery store just nearby. The atmosphere was great, with visitors from Germany, France, Canada, and Spain—it felt lively but still relaxed. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend a summer holiday—great people, beautiful setting, and unbeatable location by the sea. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, authentic, and beach-front experience in Mallorca.

The only small downsides were that the beds were a little firm for my taste, and the door locks made some noise late at night when guests were coming in or closing their doors. A bit of soundproofing or updated doors would make it even better.

We loved this hotel, if only all hotels were like this. Simple, clean, everything we needed (brilliant aircon, kettle, fridge, v comfy beds, fabulous views, cleaned v frequently). No food but it’s next door to a fab restaurant overlooking the sea and there are plenty of others and spar is across the beach. Fabulous hotel manager Albert who is always on the end of WhatsApp and is incredibly helpful. Gorgeous sea views. It would be a bit tricky for people who find climbing stairs difficult as it’s steep & you need to drink bottled water but this didn’t bother us. Loved it, will be back.

From the moment we booked, the service was excellent. Albert was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us all the best recommendations for exploring the most beautiful calas in the area. He really made us feel welcome and well-guided. The hotel itself is stunning, with a breathtaking view over Cala Santanyí. Our room had such an incredible view that we honestly didn’t want to leave the balcony .. it was pure magic. Housekeeping was also on point , our room was always spotless and smelled fresh, which made everything even more pleasant. We also really appreciated the beach umbrellas available for guests , such a thoughtful touch, especially for tourists like us coming from far away. Honestly, this hotel is a hidden gem with an unbeatable location, close to all the most beautiful calas in the region. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca who wants to enjoy a truly authentic and wonderful experience.

Heaven on Earth! This place was an incredible stay in Mallorca and I will remember it forever. Very clean and tidy room with a stunning balcony with the most incredible view to Cala Santanyi. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The highlight goes to Albert, that provided excellent customer service during all my stay, providing all information in advance, giving recommendations for activities and providing floaters for nice time at the beach. There is a small fridge in the room and I've asked for some tableware and corkscrew and was quickly attended by the staff. Highly recommended stay!

The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. All rooms have a balcony in the same direction, so you're guaranteed a great view. The breakfast was delicious and again it gave you chance to enjoy the beautiful view. A short (but steep) decent to the beach. Car parking space Fridge in the room

The view from the room is absolutely breath taking, I’ve never seem a view like this. It is located next to one of the best Calas in Mallorca, it’s a quiet,peaceful place, pretty houses, a few restaurants and bars but not too many that would attract loud people. There are several other Calas in its vicinity to visit. Perfect for a romantic, family or solo trip and its reasonably priced.

I liked everything.

I've always wanted a room with view and absolutely loved ours! The hotel is amazingly located right near the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood as it's not so close to the main road. It was recently renovated so it looks way better than the pictures. The electric sockets to charge and place your phone near the bed was an amazing choice of design. There are plenty of things to see around just by walking: caves, divers, cliff jumpers, good restaurants and you can do all that by staying on the balcony so if you choose to stay only in this area without using a car, it's pretty relaxed. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was lovely. Albert, the hotel manager has been very helpful over the Booking chat and Whatsapp as we rented a car through the hotel and we explored more thanks to his recommendations. Mallorca is definitely worth many more visits so we will sure come back!

The only thing is that you can hear the other guests, the doors opening and closing on the halway as there's no cushioning. You will also keep hearing the waves outside if the wind is strong but you will get used to them by day 2.

The views from the balconies are just amazing! I stayed in room 104 and it was perfect. I could have spent all day every day on that balcony. The location in general was great. Parking was right next to the hotel and great for €5 daily and super secure with the locked chains. The man on reception was really attentive and helpful. Mini fridge was great for water.

It’s a very noisy hotel, the doors and really noisy when opening/shutting/locking, admittedly some guests aren’t so quiet in the middle of the night. The room is rather basic but did me fine for 4 nights. The shower isn’t the most powerful, and on my last morning was completely cold (it was about 7am so too early to ask reception).
