The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Food choices were varied, catered for everyone and was replenished often. All staff very friendly. Pool areas were well kept and ample sun beds at any time of day. Recommend for families with smaller children.

Air con could have been better

The location of the hotel is perfect. It has a very pretty cove less than 10 minutes walk away. The pools are large and clean (thanks to the maintenance staff) and there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The room is spacious (we are two adults and a 12-year-old girl). They come every day to clean the room. The meals are varied and good! ,then it depends on each one's tastes when eating. The staff in the dining room and the bar were "10" very friendly and attentive. It's like everything else, if you treat someone with education it will be reciprocal. And the reception staff were very good, we arrived late after dinner and they still opened the dining room so we could eat a sandwich and drink. Thank you so much! Those details are appreciated. In general it was a very pleasant stay. The animation was in Spanish, English and German because there were many Germans. Many thanks to all the staff for making this stay so pleasant :)

We liked everything. To put a "but" maybe it lacks a little more animation at night apart from the performances that were not every day. Maybe on the day when there is no performance some game like "Bingo" or something like that.

Lovely clean rooms, great swimming pools and good selection of food with a great breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the maids who was cleaning our room accidentally smashed a bottle of my aftershave, she immediately told reception, when I went to speak to reception they explained the accident and immediately went to the local beauty shop to see if they could replace it, which they did. I thought that was extremely professional of them and really appreciated it.

The dinner could have been a bit more varied but still a good selection. The evening entertainment for kids was too heavily influenced for Germans. A lot of the songs were in German and the staff spoke in German. My English child did not understand a lot of it.

This hotel was superb. It is quite basic but had everything we needed. The room was very spacious with extremely comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and very hard-working. The selection of food at mealtimes was incredible. It was fresh, well prepared and there was something for everyone, no matter what your preference. Some days they also did an additional themed section, for example; superb hand-rolled sushi, local Mallorcan specialities, an array of Mexican dishes etc. In terms of value for money, it was exceptional. Cala Egos beach was a 4 minute walk from our room, a small pretty cove with a lovely sandy beach & crystal clear water. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk for buses to Cala d'Or, Porto Petro, Campos (change there for Palma) and Cala Mondrago, a stunning beach whish is within a national park. We didn't use the hotel pool much, but there was always plenty of availability of sunbeds and sunshine or shade under the palm trees. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel & would return in an instant!

The inclusive drinks could have been better quality, especially the wine.

Spacious, clean, room with a balcony. Bought half board, but the staff offered the change to All Inclusive for additional €10 per person per night, best decision as the food at the facility was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between. Huge variety of dishes, fresh seafood and meats, many desserts. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk away. Less than 2 hours drive by bus from the airport. Overall beautiful hotel, pools, activities organised such as water polo, aerobics, evening performances for the kids. Recommend taking a boat trip from a port few minutes walk away. Cala Egos.

Plenty of food that exceeded our expectations. Fish, meat and even sushi :-) Very nice and friendly stuff in restaurant. Hotel located not so far away from Cala Egos Beach , though we used it only twice because of jellyfish . On the other hands Cala mondrago is only 8 minutes to drive and the bus is driving there every 15-30 minutes. Shops and restaurant is very close to the hotel. Swimming pool for adults and the small one for the children. Parking places all around the hotel and there were no problem to find the free place.

There are some small things: 1 Most of the guests is the family with small children and some of the days there were really loud music during the day time when a lot of babys areused to sleep .Probably to put some isolation hence or something would be a solution. Or maybe try to put the guest with small children to blocks behind the stage. 2 Animation program (Mini disco) for children leaves much to be desired and not only 5 songs. 3 My mother has fallen down in restaurant because the floor was slide from the water. Unfortunately no-one helped her to stand up even some workers saw the accident.

The staff throughout the hotel were great - always friendly and helpful. The pool areas were clean and spacious - plenty of sunbeds! The food was good - lots of variety. Bedrooms were clean, if a bit basic, but refitted bathroom was nice.

Being able to make tea in the room would have been nice - you had to wait for the restaurant to open to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

Fantastic value for money. We couldn't fault this hotel. Food was very varied and excellent. All Staff were very happy and friendly. The whole place was spotless and the pools were well suited to all ages. We arrived very late and were offered a snack and checked out late and our luggage was stored free of charge. I cannot understand any negative review it was great

Nothing at all. A kettle in the room would have been great for half board stays but that's a very minor point

The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious, luminous rooms, and with plenty of green. Food is abundant and good quality. Every staff member was super kind and helpful, especially the manager —Joan!!

Although perfect for a family holiday, it didn’t meet all our needs as a business trip hotel.

Great facilities, and everything was included for a small fee. We'll worth it. Didn't even need to leave the resort :p Also we had a balcony which was great to relax on but we realised not all apartments had one! So massive bonus.

There was a big show on the Sunday night that went till 11pm had young kids being entertained. We didn't realise it was more of a family orientated family but we were right out the front of the concert that started around 5.30pm. No more baby shark please.
