Location next to beach and short walk from few restaurants. Two big pools and splash park. Kid enjoyed some hours daily. Lots of entertainment, which ended mostly in ten o’clock. Food was ok for breakfast and dinner, some variation daily.

Loud entertainment from two hotels away, I dont know how anyone can watch concerts closer as they sounded really clearly in our room. Spartan rooms - I dont think I have ever seen so empty room. No chair, table, anything. Just beds and small writing desk. Nowhere to put your bags except bare floor. No cups or anything. Salt water from shower and tap.

Good staff very happy to help brilliant with the children a special mention for the night receptionist who tried to contact our transfer provider who failed to show no luck he arranged a taxi for us and we just made our flight if he had not helped we would have been stuck,the restaurant you could find a table when you visited at any time morning or evening meals.

We where put on the top floor I'm 74 next birthday and recently had a hip operation and arthritis in both knees also my 8 year old grand daughter we had to watch her up and down the stairs all the time I wonder why it seemed a lot of young people in lower floor rooms sorry to be negative but it needs said.

The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area, with two lovely beaches nearby. If you're choosing a vacation with children, this hotel is the perfect place; the entire infrastructure is adapted for kids, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The staff is responsive and professional. The cuisine is outstanding. One minor but significant drawback is the lack of equipped places for smokers; it would be preferable to have a designated smoking area by the pool as well. The internet is fast, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent ventilation and air conditioning. We definitely recommend it. The combination of price and quality receives the highest praise.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It has a very pretty cove less than 10 minutes walk away. The pools are large and clean (thanks to the maintenance staff) and there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The room is spacious (we are two adults and a 12-year-old girl). They come every day to clean the room. The meals are varied and good! ,then it depends on each one's tastes when eating. The staff in the dining room and the bar were "10" very friendly and attentive. It's like everything else, if you treat someone with education it will be reciprocal. And the reception staff were very good, we arrived late after dinner and they still opened the dining room so we could eat a sandwich and drink. Thank you so much! Those details are appreciated. In general it was a very pleasant stay. The animation was in Spanish, English and German because there were many Germans. Many thanks to all the staff for making this stay so pleasant :)

We liked everything. To put a "but" maybe it lacks a little more animation at night apart from the performances that were not every day. Maybe on the day when there is no performance some game like "Bingo" or something like that.

Lovely clean rooms, great swimming pools and good selection of food with a great breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the maids who was cleaning our room accidentally smashed a bottle of my aftershave, she immediately told reception, when I went to speak to reception they explained the accident and immediately went to the local beauty shop to see if they could replace it, which they did. I thought that was extremely professional of them and really appreciated it.

The dinner could have been a bit more varied but still a good selection. The evening entertainment for kids was too heavily influenced for Germans. A lot of the songs were in German and the staff spoke in German. My English child did not understand a lot of it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Food choices were varied, catered for everyone and was replenished often. All staff very friendly. Pool areas were well kept and ample sun beds at any time of day. Recommend for families with smaller children.

Air con could have been better

Beautiful hotel set among palm trees – it looks like paradise. The pool is great, the rooms are clean and pretty, and the food is delicious. The beach is only a short walk away, and there is a cliff nearby where you can watch the sea. We already want to come back. A big thank-you for finding a candle for my child’s birthday and helping us make a small celebration. The blue-and-yellow cocktail was a lovely surprise – by chance the colours match the Ukrainian flag, which made us smile. Thank you so much!

Clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nicely decorated. The terraces were lovely with a good view of the pool area. Bathrooms plenty of space and decent shower. The pool was nice albeit freezing, great for children. Eating areas clean and plenty of choice for food

Not enough pillows on the bed :) Also there was something in the splash park either in the water or around the sides that cut my daughter’s feet open. Just to be aware of.

Halfboard meal. Food is brilliant. We were spoiled. Our cleaner Aurelia is very thorough in cleaning our room for a week. She is amazing. Towels and blankets were provided as we requested. Water park is amazing. My daughter loves it.

This hotel was superb. It is quite basic but had everything we needed. The room was very spacious with extremely comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and very hard-working. The selection of food at mealtimes was incredible. It was fresh, well prepared and there was something for everyone, no matter what your preference. Some days they also did an additional themed section, for example; superb hand-rolled sushi, local Mallorcan specialities, an array of Mexican dishes etc. In terms of value for money, it was exceptional. Cala Egos beach was a 4 minute walk from our room, a small pretty cove with a lovely sandy beach & crystal clear water. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk for buses to Cala d'Or, Porto Petro, Campos (change there for Palma) and Cala Mondrago, a stunning beach whish is within a national park. We didn't use the hotel pool much, but there was always plenty of availability of sunbeds and sunshine or shade under the palm trees. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel & would return in an instant!

The inclusive drinks could have been better quality, especially the wine.
