This is a nicely renovated hotel with a great price-to-quality ratio. The town is picturesque, and we had a really lovely time during our stay.

one downside was the inability to get a coffee in the morning, despite there being a bar in the hotel. It was surprising - something we’ve never experienced before. The staff and coffee machine were there, so it seemed to be a matter of policy rather than logistics. We normally do not eat breakfast, but morning coffee is essential for us, and with it being early in the season, there were no nearby cafés open. There was no coffee machine in the room either. Unfortunately, we had to resort to canned coffee from a shop each morning, which was a definite minus in an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the hotel provides all the essentials for a truly restful and enjoyable vacation.

Everything was perfect.

This is a newly refurbished hotel, so everything is immaculate and in great condition. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the bar manager, breakfast waitress, and reception staff. Mariano went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and varied and catered for all tastes. Great pool. Quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the port.

There wasn't much to criticise. The only recommendation I would make is to install a second coffee machine as queues quickly built up in the morning as everyone thirsted for their caffeine.

The hotel and its location are very peaceful. The perfect place to unwind. The staff were all polite, friendly and happy- couldn’t fault them at all! Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the complimentary cava was a lovely touch. The hotel is good value for money.

The hotel breakfast could do with improving in quality and quantity of offering- it’s perfectly adequate, but doesn’t match up to the hotel’s standards in other areas. It got cold in the rooms at night as there was only a thin sheet on the bed- it would be good to have a duvet available. Lastly there are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

May have been a temporary problem but our room had a drain smell when we arrived and it got worse before we left. We only had a 2 night stay, so we just put up with it. I did mention it at check out.

The pool is lovely and a great place to relax for a few hours. The bar staff were super helpful and friendly and kept checking if we needed drinks or snacks. Happy hour on all drinks was great! The decoration was nice and it all felt quite new.

The room got really hot in the daytime and we found it quite hard to cool it down. The view from the bedroom was just over a road. Some of the reception staff were a little unhelpful. The water in the sink and shower tasted really super salty strangely. There's no beach that you can walk to, we didn't have a car so took the bus to a couple.

The hotel was fully renovated and in my opinion offers great conditions to visitors. The room was extremely comfortable, everything very clean, well decorated. The breakfast was really good, diverse with a lot of options and with great quality. The pool is a plus, with great sunlight exposure until the sunset. Located near Cala Figuera (which is beautiful) but not in Cala Figuera as the images suggest you can travel to the main beautiful beaches around it in a 10min car ride.

Although it's a great option I feel it was a bit expensive. During our stay the air conditioning was broken so during the night the room became very hot, the staff provided us with a fan to mitigate the problem.

We loved the area that Hotel Santanyi Port was in. So peaceful and beautiful with lovely restaurants and scenery. Also a short drive to Santanyi and surrounding beaches which was great. The hotel was also quite nice for the price and the rooms were fantastic and comfortable.

Staff were quite loud during our stay when cleaning rooms so not very peaceful at times. I also thought staff could have been more accommodating with some requests. For example, we were after coffee in the morning as no cafes opened until quite late but they would only give us coffee if we purchase entire breakfast buffet.

Recently refurbished and upgraded, Santanyi Port is a chic, cool and very relaxing sanctuary in wonderfully atmospheric Cala Figuera. The bed was great, our balcony was spacious and had beautiful sunset views, and the bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast buffet was also very good and is worth the additional expense for it’s great variety of eggs, meat, cheese and pastry. Juice and coffee was also good. We only used the pool once, but was impressed by it’s size and amenities. There is no beach in Cala Figuera, but a nice place to go swimming from the cliffs with a ladder into the ocean. The beaches of S’Amarador, Cala Santanyi and Cala Llombards is within walking distance (less than an hour), and just a short drive away by car.

Room had body wash and shampoo/conditioner combo. I did buy my own though as needed deep conditioner. Very quiet resort. Hotel clean and tidy. Tv, safe and hairdryer in the room. Beds were cosy. Nice big shower with waterfall shower head. The fridge was so handy for water etc. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. There were always sun loungers free. There didn't seem to be an issue with is bringing our own water and crisps to the pool. We checked out on our last day but didn't need to leave for several hours. There was luggage storage and a shower we could use after spending the day by the pool. Hotel is a short walk to the port. There are a few bars in the vicinity, two grocery shops and a pharmacy.

The restaurant prices seemed a little more expensive for drinks/snacks but it was a restaurant rather than pool side bar. On several occasions there was a stink of raw sewerage/sulfur in the corridor and out of the bathroom. It was really off putting, not sure if it only affected this hotel or others. There was Air-con, it wasn't easy to adjust. We would have liked it a degree or two cooler but survived just fine.
