Great location by the water, across a nice restaurant, 15 min hike to a scenic point, and a convenience store nearby. Beautiful room, and I like that the hotel supports the environment. I don't know why people say staff are rude. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and very helpful, from the front desk, housekeeping, to their kitchen staff.

Maybe this is not in the hotel but in the Santanyi area, the tap water is salty and has a strong smell. Airconditioning was broken for the last (2) days of our stay, but we are lucky we are by the seaside for some breeze. Wish they had basic items like a kettle and microwave for guests. Seems like most services they offer (i.e airport shuttle, laundry) need to be booked 2-3 days ahead, so those were no use for us. Anything has a fee, even a cup of hot water.

The location itself is really beautiful, there’s a staircase that leads directly to the Cala Santanyi beach. Our room was gifted with a beautiful view. The receptionist we’re really attentive, answering every question and helping us book a taxi. Restaurant onsite provides delicious dinner, all you can eat at a set price, there is a little market down the road to stock up on essentials.

As it is by the ocean, you can’t drink the tap water so we constantly had to stock up bottles. From the airport is quite a far and pricey journey if you are relying on public transport like we did. But OVERALL we had the most amazing time.

The location is perfect, walking distance to anything you need. The AC worked well (much needed in the heat), the room was nice and clean, and the little balcony came in handy and cozy for early morning coffee and drying clothes.

The hotel was noisy, from the morning the door slamming from other rooms was audible through ear plugs. Every day until 2300 there is music at the pool, which is alright but better notice ahead should be given. The mattress/pillow are also quite hard so if this is something super important to you, give a heads up to the hotel.

The view as you come down to the beach is spectacular. The hotel reception staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good. Had some evening meals which were good and good value for money. The entertainment was great. The hotel is surrounded by great casual restaurants. The pool and pool bar was very good and pool side food good too. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The Santanyi Cove is beautiful but if you're a solo traveller it's very full of family with children. Children everywhere. Mostly German tourists.

The salty water and if you don't have a car it's not easy to get around to other coves unless by uber or taxi. Not many tours offered other than Monday, Thursday or Friday to go into Palma. Only one day tour to go to Palma, Soller and Valdessemer. So I missed out because I booked a Cove boat tour on a Monday.

The location is PERFECT. Right next to the water with beautiful views. Short walk down to bars & restaurants (reasonably priced for location and views as well) Super friendly staff who were really helpful for activities! Even organised a hire car for a day from the hotel lobby for us to go exploring. Buffet breakfast was awesome, so many options. Directly above the Dive shop. I recommend hiring a car if you want to explore further than this small bay but for our few days relaxing and swimming this was the most ideal spot!

Double rooms have two single beds pushed together. But seems to be the common thing in Europe.

The room was good quality - very comfy bed, it was a good location overall! Great spot right opposite a really good restaurant (reccomend eating - best value for money in the area). Didn't try the breakfasts or dinners. Overall the beach get's a bit busy but we adventured to a beautiful cliff edge where we spent the days relaxing, swimming in turquise waters and jumping (there was also a ladder for easy access).

nothing really about the hotel - but be aware to get to and from the beach there is a large staircase so be mindful if you have a disability

Amazing location - direct access to Cala Santayni and within walking distance to nearby famous beaches. They offered great activities. The buffet breakfast was good value for money. The pool bar was good and had well priced snack foods. Staff were helpful.

I messaged the hotel via email prior to arriving in the hopes of organising a shuttle bus from the airport, however I did not get a response.

Hotel missing a great opportunity to really show case the hotel. Its on a prime spot but not taking advantage of the great location. They have a great terrace at the back of the hotel. Some sunloungers there would be great as the view is amazing. Also have a bar in the hotel which is unused. An upgrade and it could be amazing. We stayed in a suit which had an amazing large terrace. Stick a couple of sunlongers to make use os the space and give it a suíte feel.

A great view, reasonable price and good location for a relaxing trip. The beach roughly only a 5 minute walk away, a bunch of places to eat and a little store a 2 minute walk away.

The biggest issue me and my partner found was the salty wanter in the shower and sink. Also, unfortunately we didn't receive a double bed in our room, instead two single beds next to eachother - a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel was great for us. View from the room was spectacular. Restaurant across the road has great food and the beach was right there. Rooms were spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Patricia at the front desk was awesome. She had great recommendations for myself and my friends and was always great to chat to!
