Good food

Location is nice, but. Ithing to do around, you have to go by car if you want to do something. Also breakfast was really good with all drinks like juices, coffeea and so on, but dinner was included only food, anything to drink has to be ordered for money, even water or juice…

The location was perfect, sea in front of the hotel and private beach. There was a pontoon in the middle of the laguna, my son enjoyed swimming and diving around, catches a star fish . The breakfast was really good. Special thanks to Alex on reception: he was friendly and welcoming! Great job 🙂

The waiter from the restaurant named Fran was really rude to my son during the dinner time on the first evening of our stay. Fran approached my son and disrespectfully snatched and confiscated the child’s plastic bottle with his regular vitamins and supplements of my son. I understand that the restaurant is trying to sell their drinks to the customers, but being rude to a child and confiscating the child’s drinking supplements is awful. Since that evening my son was really stressed with this event and felt tense.

We stayed at this hotel for approximately two weeks. We immediately felt home. The service is just amazing, always professional and super friendly at the same time. The location is also great, with direct access to the beach. There is also free access to the spa area. Also important to mention is that every corner of the hotel was always very clean. We had breakfast and dinner included, the food was always a very good quality and the variety was very good. Drinks at dinner are extra, but at acceptable prices. We also had to lunch a couple of times at the bar close. The pool and prices were also fair as well. In a nutshell, we would definitely recommend this hotel to visit. Thanks again to all the personnel!

While the property is wonderful and I’d happily return and recommend it, I would let friends and family know: * The tennis courts aren’t part of the hotel — they’re managed by a separate private company, so you’ll need to organise and book directly yourself. * The beds by the sea come at an extra cost of 5 euros each, which isn’t made particularly clear upfront.

The shower screen did not cover the bath properly so water was constantly on the floor- this then became a slip hazard so we ended up putting our towels on the floor. The shower hose could not be repositioned Hot drinks needs to improve in the room - could only make coffee which we font drink so brought our own Was originally given 2 singles beds put together when I had ordered a double supreme room - the beds needing changing after 1st night which was disappointing The hotel seemed to focus on German guests- info boards etc. Please also focus on other nationalities as this was exclusive to other guests - we were British and other than a folder on a desk we did not find anything else

Fantastic location and wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner. Loads of fish on offer and something for everyone. Very relaxed and chilled out vibe at this hotel. Appeals to couples young and old, solo travellers, and families holidaying together. Gentle unobtrusive music in the background by the pool, not the doof doof music found at many Med hotels. Would return.

We upgraded to a sea-facing suite for a reasonable price which was wonderful. We were hoping the aircon would be better in the this room but it was the same and not that efficient. Having said that, the outside temperature was 35 degrees when we were there.

Everything in the hotel was at a fairly good level. The only issue is that for three people, especially with adult children, the rooms offered are very small, while the price is quite high. Make sure to carefully choose the room size, because the cost is not low but the space is very limited. Apart from that, everything else was at a good standard.

Loved the staff, super polite and smiley, always there to help. Pool and spa really nice. Rooms spacious and nice view from balcony. Amazing breakfast and super nice lady in the egg/omelet/churos section.

Didnt like the fact Ive booked a double bed and got 2 singles which had a large gap between them. Didnt like the fact that people leave their towels by the pool to 'block' the sunbeds and then vanish leaving no space for any other people. Didnt like the small (ish) parking and the fact I couldnt find space to park my car at 11pm. Didnt particularly like the beach (rocks) but thats just me! Also massage is not worth it, very basic and expensive for what you get.

spacious room, traditional majorcan feel, helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. restaurant has lovely views over the sea with outside seating. the pools and bar off good choices and it was very easy to find seating or sunbeds and be comfortable. pleasantly quiet.entertainment most nights which was welcome.

maybe a slightly wider choice at breakfast - no fresh pink grapefruit or orange, not keen on the microwaved scrabbled eggs. Evening selection quite good though. various coffee machines but not always working and then you have to find fresh milk elsewhere

Amazing food, really high quality compared to other hotels in Mallorca at the same price range. Also the restaurant area is kept really clean during dining, extreme friendly and responsive staff! Food is great quality, nice cocktails! Rooms is pretty big and clean, would need bit of maintenance though. Pool and garden area super well maintained and beautiful! The fact that you can walk down to the sea is also exceptional. There is plenty on-site parking, which is also very rare. All staff is very friendly! We visited multiple hotels during out stay in Mallorca, spent one day each to compare the offerings. This hotel came out as the first in value for money, we will definitely come back!

Rooms would need a bit of maintenance, the building itself is not too fancy.
