Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are extremely large and comfortable. There was ample Free parking in the attached parking lot under the hotel. We were concerned about parking because Booking.com stated there is no parking, but this was not correct. No problem with parking. The Spa and gym were very nice. The temperature in the gym was not very cool however. The drive to the free parking lot by historic city center is only 7 minutes. Walking from the hotel to the city center is not feasible since the hotel is situated outside and highways are the main connection and not walking paths. Using Taxis or own car is the best option.

Pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. When we arrived the toilet was not clean. Housekeeping could do a better job. Would be nice to be able to cool down the gym more during exercise. The controls did not allow sufficient cooling.

When we came, nobody meet us, they took luggage just after i told them, long time was wasted for registration at reception, at spa nobody meet us😬, but after woman came and told us that impossible to swim with a kid(8years)…and after she offer us executive room with pool, sauna and steam room, just for us for 110€/h…In order not to upset the kid, we agreed… Real price and price at booking was different

Everything was perfect. The rooms were enormous (approx. 40m2), they were furnished in a modern style, which created a very relaxing environment. There was a large and well equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. The outdoor swimming pool was great, approx 20-25 metres in length. We really enjoyed using the gym/fitness centre every morning. Despite previous reviews, this was fantastic: A large space with several well-quipped machines, plenty of free weights, floor mats and plenty of fresh water. The breakfasts were equally good, plenty of choice for every possible taste. The hotel really deserves to be 5 *, the strive from all of the team was first class. The hotel is only a short 5 minute taxi drive into Toledo old town.....and only costed about Eu 8 each way...... the front desk staff arranged for the taxi's within 4-5 minutes, so it really is easy to get into the old town and there are plenty of taxi ranks to get a return taxi back to the hotel. Highly Recommended Hotel.

Everything. Very large rooms, excellent beds, very good breakfast spread, nice outdoor swimming pool, excellent views from our bedroom which overlooked the pool, the river and lovely scenery beyond. Every member of staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. It was also great value for money.

The only downside is that the hotel is about 2.5km from town. No issues if you have a car. Otherwise, it is a taxi ride which is reasonable at just under 10 euros to the town center. There is not much around the hotel, however the Aldi just outside the doors of the hotel is extremely convenient.

The property was lovely, large gardens and rooms with outdoor seating area. The hotel had everything we needed, tea/coffee maker, shampoo. conditioner etc. The bed was also massive and the room was very spacious. The gym was very well equipped and the staff were particularly helpful. Free sweets offered at the reception which was a nice touch.

The pool was shut and the hotel said this was due to it not being summer months, however, it was 34 degrees so we would have loved to have had a swim. Something to keep an eye out for depending on when you might be booking.

The hotel was so extremely beautiful!! It was such a pleasure just sitting inside the lobby! The main restaurant was also really great, the service and the food were superb! However, it was closed most of the time during our stay, so we had to use the lobby restaurant which was not as good in comparison. The rooms are huge and extremely comfortable! Overall I really loved this hotel and would stay again!

The only thing was the location, it’s quite far from the city and there are almost no restaurants nearby. You have to get a taxi to get into town, which is not so bad but not really convient.

For three days they did not have butter in the breakfast, I think that a buffet that cost 20€ per head, cannot miss a single item. Packed Butter is easy to replace with butter from the kitchen but nobody from the staff empower himself or herself to solve an issue with a costumer, the answer was “sorry, we run out” the last days after my complaint, butter arrived to the hotel.

This property is with big space not only the public area and also the room. The staffs are friendly both working at the reception and the restaurant. Especially the receptionist was really kind and helpful. My husband lost his backpack in the train. The lady at reception helped to call the train station and also helped to register in the Lost & Found website and release the information. She was really patient to provide help. Finally we had got the backpack back. Really appreciated. The property is very close to Audi where easy to buy fruit, drinks, snacks and so on.

To the tourist place, it is not a walking distance.

The hotel is wonderful. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and faced the sights of Toledo! Breakfast was excellent. The front desk was able to order a taxi to town within 5 minutes every time. While it was not in old town Toledo, it was in a very quiet location right next to an Aldi and within a 5 minute (10E) taxi ride to and from old town. We would stay here again.
