The hotel was very clean. The breakfast room was large and had many choices on the buffet. From yogurts, eggs, sausage, breads, various coffee machines placed throughout the room. Cheeses, yogurts. Really something for any taste or culture. The staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The tables were always clean and wiped down for the next guests to find a table. Tables outside were also available. There were heaters outside too. The pool and sun area were very clean and lovely. Ample lounges. The room had a great use of space. 2 tvs, which we never used. Free reliable wifi. A happy hour that was a good deal and well attended. Friendly staff Nightly entertainment Nearby to marina and some sights. Close to grocery and bus stops Hotel was a good value Close to Malaga via taxi or Uber -Easy transport to the airport Tip: If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the promenade. You will want to walk up the side street to the back of the hotel

bathroom didn't have a bidet. My friends room had a bidet and walk in shower. This would be a better The front desk gave a recommendation to a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed.

Views were amazing. Buffet breakfast and lunch were the best I've had. Room was fantastic and kept clean everyday. Direct access to beach. Great location at benalmedina marina. Quiet a walk from torremolinos centre. Loads of restaurants and shops all around.

Pool area quiet small. Adult only pool only for premium guests which I wasn't aware of when booking or a heafty fee to use for the day. Even though there were kids there I would see it as more of an adult hotel.

The hotel is really lovely , lots of choice for breakfast and a great location

when we checked in we were given a room in the basement floor , i think it was 13001 or something close to that , we pulled back the curtain to find we were at the same level as the lower carpark and bins , but we went back to the reception and requested another room higher up which they gave us , no problem 🙂

My room I felt was only half cleaned I paid extra for a late check out till 3 o clock and the cleaners were knocking on my door from 2.30. I ended up rushing and letting them in at 2.50

Location. Large comfortable room. Lovely staff. Not a big buffet fan but there was a good choice of food. Breakfast was very good

We paid for an upgrade to a suite but were very disappointed that the sun didn't shine on our side of the building at anytime during the day or evening

The location is very good everything that is needed is in walking distance The size of the suite is exceptional and the view from our balcony was great

I would have preferred to have had a more organised restaurant i.e a member of staff indicating where a table is available at busy Tim rather than walking around the restaurant

Excellent location,near beach and marina with lots lovely restaurants very nearby. promenade just outside hotel which can bring you to marina in 5 mins or lovely 4/5km walk to tormellinos. Pool area and pool bar/food very nice. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Gorgeous views of the sea. Staff very friendly. Our room had lovely dividing door with tv which was ideal as we had a small baby so at night we could go somewhere separate as they slept.

Not overly accessible. Lots of steps. We had a buggy so in order to get to breakfast we had to get two lifts and at busy times you can wait a while. From our bedroom to the beach/promenade it was three lifts and the lift to the pool bar and promenade were broken so we either had to lift buggy up the steps or walk along the back of the hotel to access promenade that way. We managed so wouldn't not recommend for this reason.

Breakfast, room, and location were excellent. But the only problem was parking. I think a hotel on that level should have parking for its guests.

They didn’t have smart TVs that you could connect to, so all you had was Spanish channels. That’s really the only downside that I could come up with.

Clean and modern. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast outshone Dinner Delighted to be able to avail of a late checkout - it was better than any upgrade!

Entertainment in the bar suited the silver surfers. Pity the afternoon bar area was not used as a location for people to sit and watch the world go by in the evening post dinner. Was not aware it was a hotel favoured by party groups for long weekends. The corridors got a little noisy at night. Flattered to be offered a chance to upgrade for an extra 700e at check in, not sure a nespresso coffee machine and turn down service and access to the same breakfast/dinner was worth that.
