Nice hotel in the centre of Zaragoza within a walking distance to the Old Town, Basílica & Plaza del Pilar and the Aljafería Palace. All hotel facilities were clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room works properly. Nice bathroom with a complimentary wide range of toiletries. The staff are friendly and open to their guests' needs and wishes.

Breakfast was rather disappointing - only a very frugal selection of cold dishes, no hot food. Windows were not soundproof at all - earplugs were necessary as the neighbourhood is quite noisy.

Location is excellent, as is the price. Bed was firm, clean, and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent.

The colour scheme doesn't do the rooms justice. Change the doors to white. Music is needed in the evening to create ambiance in the bar. This is a good budget hotel, but the lack of a restaurant and fully functioning bar is an issue. That said, there are ample opportunities to eat put! We had a great trip because of its central location.

Spacious + clean room. It was like a mini apartment with an entrance area separating bedroom from hallway. This is where shoe cabinet, closet + bathroom are located. Bathroom had double sinks + full bathtub. Location is VERY central; can walk to all the interesting sights. Many eating options right on the same street, but Plaza Espana + El Tubo close by, too.

Nothing!

Location was good. We could walk to a lot of places of interest and resturants. Hotel booked us 4 rooms in a row so we could ask the hotel to open the interleading door so my daughter and her husband could access their 2 young boys.

Even though the windows are double glazed some noise from drunk pedestrians in the early hours of the morning did disturb my sleep somewhat. I am a light sleeper so this would not necessarily disturb heavy sleepers.

The staff were very helpful - they helped us to contact the taxi firm when we realised that we had left a rucksack in the taxi. As there was no answer they kept trying until they could speak to someone. The breakfast was lovely and they provided gluten free croissant and mini muffins. It was within walking distance of the main sites and many excellent restaurants and bars.

Great location near shops, restaurants and El Tubo for tapas at night. Just a short stroll through the lanes or along the main street to the basilica and Plaza. Nice, clean room with a spacious bathroom.

Didn't bother paying extra for the breakfast buffet as it was cold food only, but there was a coffee shop next door or Corte Inglés cafetería at the end of the road, and many bars around the corner in Calle de Cadiz.

The hotel was clean and quiet, tucked into a side street off one of the busier street, right at the edge of the old town, with any shops you might need nearby and restaurants and bars. The room was roomy enough with a double bed as per our request, an ensuite and a coffee maker. It overlooked a large flat roof and backs of other buildings but we didn't mind as the sun and moon were both able to shine into our room, giving it space, lots of light and privacy ( rather than the indoor windows we have experienced in other places which give no light). The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had all we wanted and its hours were good (7-10 weekdays, later at weekends).

We were unlucky to be feeling a bit under the weather when we stayed there due to a tummy bug ( caught elsewhere) and as there is no bar and only vending machines for a drink, we had to drag ourselves out in search of an open shop on a Sunday evening that sold large bottles of water. It would be nice if we could have bought large bottles of water at reception.

The hotel is positioned in the heart of the city, very easy to get everywhere.

The property pretend to be a 4 star hotel, but in reality it is old and require renovation. The mattress is uncomfortable, you can feel the iron springs, I didn't sleep well at all. The bathtub was old and dirty, unpleasant to use. The pictures on the booking do not show the reality.

The hotel is old but has everything that is needed. The staff is friendly and the location perfect. We went with a friends group and we enjoyed Zaragoza. The tips from the hotel reception were perfect.

The parking was 20,- EUR per night. This was not advertised before.
