We only stopped here for one night as we were flying home the next morning - we didn’t have breakfast as we were leaving at 615am The lady who runs this small hotel is friendly and helpful Our room was v large on the 5th floor with a balcony , a very large, super comfy bed and an adequate bathroom ( hot water). It was very clean. There is a safe too. We ate next door in a little restaurant that does not take cards -only cash - had lovely curry and rice and friendly staff too.

No soap in bathroom except for shower gel in the shower No tea or coffee but there was kettle ad only one cup No glasses either

The room was very good. Especially appreciated the bed. It was in fact it was the largest I had ever slept in. It was comfortable too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The trees and shrubs near the entrance was a nice touch. Appreciated the hotel being open for our late check-in. Plan on staying there again next time we visit.

The bathroom door was not possible to be kept open to allow cooled air from the bedroom to enter.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Anytime we needed something they would help out. We arrived in the middle of the night and they were waiting for us to check us in. We had a nice clean room with a sea view. It was a quiet place but still central. Few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was good and tasted homemade. We would recommend this place when staying in negombo.

The location was good. the people where really friendly and helpful. and also flexible.

Nisham and his mother Mary are lovely people and make you feel very welcomed. As a family business that has been running for decades it is clear their guests are their top priority. There is so much wonderful history to this place that Mary loves to share. She also makes the BEST coffee by roasting her own beans and freshly grounding for you. The room was clean and great view from balcony. Wifi excellent, Fridge and kettle worked well. Lovely hot shower Wonderful breakfast. Great aircon with fan. Very close to beach, cafe's and transport. Good access for people with disability or walking issues. Lift to all floors.

Minor details - towel rack in bathroom and soap near hand basin would have been convenient.

Nice to be able to check in at 1am after a late flight. Room was spacious and very clean. USB chargers were in some of the plugs. Beautiful sea view balcony with seating. Wi-Fi was strong. The shower had very hot water. Lots of table space available for our bags. The bed was large and firm which is what we like. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and big with a balcony and nice view to the beach. They helped us organise transport to our next destination and money exchange. There were plenty of restaurants and facilities nearby. And the beach was also very close

Airport pick-up was a little tricky as we had to ring them but didn't have a Sim yet and the instructions weren't clear that we needed to ring them upon arrival.

Very clean Hotel / Guesthouse. We got a room with Ocean View and a Balcony :) The Owner/Manager Beney is super friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the airport for a good price at the middle of the night, helped us to get a cold drink after this long journey, gave us tips for food and the surroundings and arranged us a great and reliable Driver who drove us to our next destination and in total we took his service over all the two weeks. Thanks Beney for that at this point!!! :) He really took care about us :) And on top, Beney helped us to get stuff we brought from German friends for Sri Lankan friends, around, to make sure, the package reached them! Thanks again, Beney for your help with that :) Highly can recommend this place, could not say much about the Beach, cause it has been off season - Waves have been to high for a swim. But must be great in the right season :)

Very nice location (in the street with all the restaurants and coffee places and very close to the katamaran beach). Very comfortable room, with nice A/C and fan over the bed, very comfortable bed with mosquito net and a nice terrace to enjoy the sunset (4th floor). Functional bathroom (only missing soap to wash your hands, but just use the soap from the shower). The staff is really nice and welcoming. Very nice option to stay in Negombo!

The view from the balcony is beautiful and you can watch the sunset, which is great. The owner Nishan and all the staff were very kind. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable, so I recommend it. It is also 13 km from the airport, making it very convenient for arriving and departing from Sri Lanka.
