What we liked most: - Excellent place for touch down in Sri Lanka; 20min drive from the airport, possibility for late check-in, 24/7 guard at the premises - Very spacious clean apartments with good airco’s, kitchen and dining table; no food is offered, in stead the host encourages you to use delivery options (we used Ubereats; which offered lots of local and international options including groceries) - Stunning seaside views; with some luck you get to see a rare Sri Lankan sunset - Several nice dining options at 5min walking distance; we preferred Pick’n Mix (local food, good value for money) and Edwin’s (excellent Negombo fresh fish) and one very nice breakfast option, 3min walk: the Zen Café - Take an early morning tuktuk to the Negombo fish market; we saw big tuna, marlins, tiger sharks and much more

What we didn’t realize upfront is that there is no ‘beach culture’ here; nobody was lying at the beach or swimming in the sea (strong current). Not a big deal, from the excellent pool, you can still see the ocean). Also good the know is that you have the (big) Holy Rosary church as neighbors; which is nice to see, except for the ‘break of dawn’ morning bells; they will probably wake you (maybe depending on which apartment you have); for us it was no really big deal. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this is not the place; these are guarded apartments, with a good front desk, a very nice pool and a gym, yoir own kitchen and dining table but no food options from the ‘hotel’.

The place was so awesome. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. They responds very quickly too They also have 24/7 security which is great. The apartment has a really nice beach view. Feels very relaxing. Clean, tidy, spacious and it got everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The kitchen contained an induction cooker, pans and utensils. It is surrounded by so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. UberEATS/ PickMe can be used too. Overall we loved staying there and it's totally recommended ❤️❤️❤️

I like everything in there, specially our tourguide Waleed and the hotel manager naseem was so so so good and very accommodating, hotel was so clean and very comfortable, luxury type , a bit far from the airport like 20mins but was so enjoyable moments with the staff there, all the srilankan people was always smiling, im pretty sure i will comeback to see them again, we love it and see you soon🫰🫰🫰🫰

A bit of TLC needed such as greater attention to cleaning grout in bathroom, loose tiles around pool needs fixing, touch up paintwork in exterior of building and replacing cracked tiles in main entry. Balcony and pool furniture needs refurbishing.

This beach apartment was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Negombo. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a nice balcony to watch the sunset. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to unwind by the ocean, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

Very nice apartments with friendly and well-speaking english stuff. It is very clean and the apartments are really spacious and nice with everything you need: kitchen incl washing machine, microwave, fridge, utilities etc. the balcony is facing the sea which is beautiful, and we felt very comfortable there. There is no restaurant inside which is not a problem as the hotel is located close to many restaurants and bars. The pool is clean and unfortunately we couldn’t use it as often as we wished due to limited time, but the apartments are absolutely worth their money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The location was quiet. The pool was great. The airconditioning worked very well

Good Location, Lots of resturants around, Easy access to beach. All of these are walking distance just around 600 meters. The hotel is clean and always maintained. Even a Drop of water, is cleaned.

Sunday Church will begin early at 4 AM, and the loudspeakers used for the service may be quite noticeable. The service will continue until around 9:30 AM, as the church is located next door. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to use earplugs to rest through the noise.

Apartments were very clean, and staff were always available and friendly. Swimming pool was open 24/7 and kids had an enjoyable stay. Location was convenient and there was an island feel. The apartments were facing the beach side, hence at night the sound of waves are heard which created a calming and a relaxing atmosphere. Food was available outside within a short walking distance.

It would have been better if there were snacks and short eats available at the hotel location.

Stayed in the two bedroom apartment. We didn't pay for the direct beach view, our balcony on the side still had an awesome view. Apartment is very big - lots of room. Location was good with enough restaurants and facilities around. Staff were helpful and nothing was a big ask for them. Showers were great and overall clean. Pool was great!

Could use a bit of a spruce up - apartment is a bit tired. Bed and couch way too hard. Church next door so expect it to be noisy on Sundays
