Conveniently located close to lots of restaurants and beach access is across the street and down a short path. The hotel is set back from the main road so it is quiet. Pool was smallish but adequate for cooling off. Rooms were a good size and clean, Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Staff were all very nice.

Nothing major. There were chairs around the pool but not reclining chairs.

The breakfast was excellent with a very good service Fantastic staff who do everything to make sure you have a good time The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are also some good restaurants right by the hotel, such as See View, which is across the street. There are also some small shops in the area.

There is nothing that was not good. We stayed here for 27 nights and couldn't have had a better time

Location ...nearness to airport; clean pool - nice to have since beach is dirty and unappealing, restaurants nearby. Rooms fine.

Mosquitoes abundant in common areas. Staff the least hospitable of our two months travels in Sri Lanka. - exceptuon: female employee. ( reception often without staff, on cells, sleeping in nooks - this may be a management problem).

For the price this hotel was really good. The room was spacious, clean. Came with tea and coffee, decent WiFi and air con. Having stayed in 7 other hotels in Sri Lanka it’s hard to find a decent shower with water pressure and warmth… this had it!

Good location next to the beach and by many restaurants and only 20 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff. On our last night of 3 the air conditioning had broken and we got moved rooms straight away which was very good service.

We arrived at 2am and left the property at 11am so we just needed a place to sleep. The pool was very inviting but we could not try it… The employees were very nice. Perfect quality/price accommodation.

Nice environment & staff Comfy beds Enjoyed the pool & manager made me hard boiled eggs to take with me at 430am. 20 min to airport & good restaurant cross the street.

There was a street light outside of our window and the curtains didn’t block it out very well

Our flight got delayed so we was late arriving but they made sure we checked into our room safely. The room was spacious, clean and comfy we had a great sleep. The owner was also so friendly and helped us get the local bus from Negombo to Kandy. Excellent customer service.
