the rooms are very spacious and had everything we needed (although we always could use more hooks). The bed was comfortable and the AC working. It is agood place to start or end your trip in Sri Lanka. We especially liked the welcoming and helpful people who are working at the Royal Family Hub. They were really eager to help us whenever needed. They also kept some of our luggage for a few weeks and gave us space and time to repack and to shower when we came back. Thank you very much again.

We had an incredible stay at Royal Family Hub! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the extra effort they put in to accommodate our 1 year old son. The food at the rooftop restaurant and breakfast were both magnificent! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable- we miss it already. Lastly, the location was superb- close to the nearest shopping centers, beach, and many tasty restaurants. Truly a wonderful experience overall and would be thrilled to stay there again!

The Place is New, opened 2-3 weeks ago. All the things were neat and tidy. The staff is very friendly. They have opened a restaurant on the ground floor. We were invited to take the first meal. Super kind staff. No parking is available just beside the road, but the staff got my motorbike inside to the ground floor during the night, otherwise can park on the pavement. If you ask, they'll arrange a neighborhood house for parking. Worth the price. Just walking distance to Brown's Beach Negombo. Liked the place so much.

Generally, it was a nice stay.. The facilities are quite basic, but just enough for the price.. The room wasn't "sparkly clean", but clean enough to sleep in. The ground-floor restaurant is actually quite pricey.. I would have loved to add breakfast to my stay. So, there is some improvement opportunities for Royal Family Hub

Great location next to the beach with several cafe restaurant options very close by. Friendly manager that was very helpful. The room was excellent, very good AC, a large comfy bed and a fully functional bathroom. For this price point it rates very highly when we compare it to everywhere else we have been in Sri Lanka. Food was excellent too.

The owner waited for us late in the night to do the check in. He helped us every time we need, especially with the tuktuk. Did everything he can to make our stay confortable. The room was clean and the beds are huge. Highly recommended

What a great experience . The staff made us feel at home . The best and most comfortable beds we stayed in on our holiday. Special thanks to Daniel (manager). He helped us with sites to visit and with his local knowledge made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Enjoy

Mainly the staff was super! Sriyanthan really works harder for meeting our expectations. Very good facilities and nice meal too! Very convenient location. Easy access.

Could have had at least some space for car park. Never mind, this area is highly compact. So, we parked at the pavement which was okay.
