Nice big room, comfy bed, great shower with instant and plentiful hot water. Really friendly and helpful staff. Pool was lovely and view of the ocean of course was great. Quick service and nice food in the restaurant, lots of loungers by the pool. Honestly surpassed my expectations based on other reviews here.

The bathroom was a bit small and outdated but still comfortable. Some mosquitoes in the room when we arrived but staff were great in bringing a mosquito net and helping us hang it over the bed, they also brought plug in mosquito repellers. Window faced the lobby so we kept the blinds closed but otherwise everything was great.

Brilliant location, close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and helpful . We had a problem with the Aircon that was dealt with and sorted straight away. Lovely clean garden pool area that's open until 8pm.

The guest house is just on the beach. Location is really good. Beach is sandy but as the sea of Negombo is not very beautiful, so the beach is the same. But anyway it is a beautiful location. You don’t need to cross a street to go to a beach. There is a very small pool just to relax but it didn’t seem very clean. Maybe it was because of the dust around. They gave us the room at the ground floor. Number 2. It was a triple room. A simple room. Aircon is working good but a little bit noisy. There is also fan. Bathroom is so so. But hot water is good. Breakfast is on choice among three options. But it was nice. They prepared what we asked. Prices are fair. Better than beach bar. Grilled prawns are delicious. Staff is helpful and kind. Maybe it is a bit expensive but it is only for the location. I appreciated that they gave us the room when we checked in very early. We were tired and sleepless after a long flight. Thank you

İt needs to be retouched little bit. But it is a guest house. So don’t expect a 3 star hotel. Anyway as a whole , it is a good place to stay.

The entire package. We arrived at 1:30am and were assisted checking in along with taking our luggage to our room. The morning swim in an immaculate pool which looks uninterrupted across to the beach. The staff could not do enough to assist and accomodate. The breakfast which was included consisted of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed crushed fruit juice plug fried eggs toast and jam. To top it off a pot of quality tea. Can’t say enough and will ge staying again at the end of our trip. Only note is the rooms are a little old but comfortable and everything works

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was great, comfy bed, clean bathroom, with a balcony and beautiful view of the pool, beach and sea. The breakfast choice was really good with fruit, various eggs and coffee. The location was fantastic. A 25 minute journey from the airport, walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed walking along the sea front to the Sunday market and into the centre of Negombo to see the town. Easy to get around with tuktuks too. The sea was warm and safe to swim in, and the pool was lovely and refreshing.

Nothing, it was all great!

I had an ocean view room. It overlooked the pool and coconut palm trees, followed by the beach and the ocean. The staff is all on board for making your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all very good. Sometimes, you just want to settle in and truly relax. This is the place to do this. Always hot water and good water pressure. AC and ceiling fab for your comfort. Room serviced every day. Always tip your your cleaner, you need the karma.

The closet needs more clothes hangers.

First place in Sri Lanka after a full day of traveling, we couldn't have wished for a better one. Check-in at 1am was no problem at all. Located literally at the beach, it was the perfect place to relax and get a first impression of Sri Lanka. Very friendly and helpful people. Somehow we managed to forget our beachwear and towels, but big thanks to the staff who were willing to send it to another hotel so we could pick it up later during our trip.

Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, clean pool and good prawns! Lovely to wake up to a beach view on our first day in beautiful Sri Lanka. Arrived late at night and were welcomed with cold beer and a warm smile. All we needed after a long day travelling. Great first stop from the airport, ended up staying an extra night and heading back there before flight home. Good restaurant right opposite, few bars to choose from in area.

The location is stunning, situated on the beachfront with a small infinity pool. It boasts a vast beach area and offers a very friendly environment, welcoming both local travelers and outsiders alike. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always attends to your needs promptly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a beach stay. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the main airport at Katunayake.
