I loved my stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside, which made everything feel so festive. Plus, the tram station is only about a 3-minute walk, and the river is just 2 minutes away. The bathroom was stunning—really spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable too. Another nice touch was the coffee station just outside the room—so handy in the mornings! And I have to mention the staff—they were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

I wish it had been communicated more clearly that the key to the building needed to be picked up from the lobby of the hotel across the street. We were left confused and worried about how to enter the building, and it wasn’t until a resident happened to give us instructions that we figured it out.

Although pricey because it’s Switzerland, the breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety and the staff were exceptionally helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

It was a little cramped in the room, we had 2 lamps but neither worked, it didn’t matter to us because we didn’t need them, however if they are provided then at least make sure they actually work. Bed was very comfy and large, excellent shower and having the tea/coffee outside in the communal area worked well.

It is really near to nice tourist attractions.You can actually reach the beautiful sceneries by walking.It is really a clean hotel.

It is an old building and at night the floor woods are making sounds when you walk around your room.Second thing,it is not mentioned during our booking that the reception will be at the other building and unfortunately the other building for the reception has also another Hotel Name(Hotel Kraft).It makes us wonder and explore all the sides of the building just to look for the reception🤦🏻‍♂️

The location is in a nice area of Basel very close to the Rhein , with nice little Cafes and restaurant. ( A bit tricky to find) Only 10 min walk away to the city centre. The room itself was not very big, but high quality interiors, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was very spacious. The weather was extremely hot for beginning of September. We struggled a bit with the nights as we only had very warm down feather duvets without AC. Couldn’t open the windows because of the outdoor noise of the bar on the ground floor and the main hotel on the opposite side of the narrow road. It was a shame that we only spotted the coffee and tea facilities outside the room on the corridor when we departed.

Location, very nice staff, good size apartment, comfortable bed.

The bathtub is too high specially for a senior person. The floor makes a lot of noise when you walk.

A lovely traditional apartment in a quieter place but still around the corner from the central area. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Nice bottle of wine as a welcome too!

Very central , good rooms & excellent service & friendly staff . Close to the tram.

Access is a bit of a pain if you have big bags .

Location is ideal, close to shops nearby and Publix transport.

Unfortunately there was construction happening so during the mornings it does get a bit loud with construction, however, understandable that this is outside the control of the hotel.

A bit too soft mattress

We were given a room with a balcony, it was kept clean and cozy. Staff were really helpful and nice with all the requests we had. Ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend

There were no mugs for coffee/tea, just normal glasses. Apart from that everything was brilliant.
