Well disposed room cointaning all facilities stated in the description in good working condition. Good quality bed and no street noise thought the room had windows to the street.

Did not get the free Basel card that you're entitled to when staying at least one night in Basel. I contacted Limehome regarding this and though they were polite and willing to help they didn't manage to solve the problem during my two night stay leading to additional entrance fee and transportation costs.

The location is great. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only (phone) contact I had with the off-site staff was prompt and friendly. My only recommendation is to bring a Swiss power plug adaptor if you’re not Swiss: the regular European plugs don’t fit the power sockets :)

Location was great and the room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size and well-appointed.

The pillows were not supportive enough and you could hear people talking and laughing in the next room. The entry instructions could have been a bit more clear.

The location was super central, 2 minutes walk to the City Hall, good connections with the public transport as well, the apartment has everything you might need (even a coffee machine with capsules), the bed is confortable, the room is soundproof, it was perfect for 3 nights and we would definitely come back here.

The only thing we didn’t like was that they don’t offer storage facilities, so you can’t leave your bags there if you arrive early for check in or depart late for check out. This was quite inconvenient and it would be a perfect stay if they solved this issue somehow.

Great location in the heart of cool Basel near restaurant and transport links. A real bonus that a Basel card was provided for free transport in the city and museum discounts. Spacious room.

It was hot!!!! Very hot and guidance on using the blinds was not provided which would have helped keep the room cool. Also the ventilation system was very weak and didn't stretch to the bedroom. This meant we had to sleep instead on the sofa bed in the kitchen and the sofa bed 2 adults was a trial. The sofa beds are cheap ones so 2 adults fall into the middle and every twist there is a huge creak of the bed. In the end staff agreed I could take a fan from the communal area which was critical for keeping the temperature manageable and should have been provided as standard. With better instruction on the room and a fan automatically provided it would be 10 stars.

Location in old town was really convenient. 100m approx from Marketplatz, where a lot of trams run very frequently. Unit is approx: 15 mins walk from Basel SBB station, downhill and fairly even for wheely bags. Coop market 100m away also. Unit was very comfortable, new kitchen utensils to cook a meal, oil and good quality ground salt and pepper. The washing machines on the 5th floor run via an app which was easy to follow.

Nothing really. I found the unit very warm, and slept with windows open at the top behind the curtains which cooled it a little. I registered the issue with the support and they were going to look into whether there was a problem or not. The remote response over web page was good. I asked for extra pillows for example and they came next day. Only 1 pillow per person was not enough to sit up on the bed to watch TV. Should be 2 each anyway, looks better.

The self-check-in was straightforward. The hotel is nice and clean, as well as the room that we stayed in. We loved the room, the small kitchen that we had and the bathroom. Looking at Spalenberg from our windows was really nice (although you're not guaranteed getting a room above the Spalenberg street). The bed was great and the location was amazing, very close to the central square.

The location is the city centre so on Saturday night the street under our windows (Spalenberg) was getting noisy even though there are no bars/restaurants and the shops were closed. On other days there was no noise during the night, only a slight buzz during the day -- nothing unexpected and nothing that bothered us. The A/C system was a bit confusing and the TV was slightly tilted.

Location location location. Nestled in the heart of the old town, Limehome scores 10/10. We were really pleased to also get early checkin at 1.15pm. There are no on site reception staff but the call centre is helpful and curteous. The room was fairly basic, comfy bed, good shower. Peaceful.

There isn't what I would call air conditioning. To keep the room cool in July when temps outside are in the late 20' early 30's we kept the curtain drawn to keep sun out. Would have loved a mini fridge too.

We booked the comfort suite. Our room was on the 5th floor and overlooked two streets with beautiful rooftop views. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful large smart TV, plenty of closet space and a cozy and functional kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker with pods, very clean and tidy. The table for two at the window overlooks the quaint side street and rustic rooftops. Contact with the office was fine, they answered promptly, but lacked the personal touch of an owner host. Check-in and door access is by code and works flawlessly. The location of Limehome is fabulous, one block from the beautiful Rathaus town hall building in Markplatz where you can catch trams to all Basel locations. Take the Line 6 tram from the train station and get off at Markplatz in 10 minutes. Very clean and well kept building, with an excellent elevator. We will return.

There is nothing to dislike about Limehome.

Clean, modern and big enough rooms with comfortable beds. There is also a small outdoor patio on the first floor and a clean and spatius common area. Easy access if the prior check-in has been has been done as requested (they even reminded me the same morning so I would not miss it). Fast response to questions. Great location on quiet side street. Super happy with our stay and gladly recommend this hotel to others

We are a family if four and we got our two rooms on different floors. For us it was no problem and we would gladely come back. However, this may be good to know if rooms next to eachother is important to you. Maybe they can fix it if requested,
