The biggest asset for these apartments is Maria the manager. This is someone who goes out of her way to ensure you have a good stay. She's efficient, friendly and kind. With huge parades in the old town on the day we were leaving, she realized that we wouldn't be able to get the taxi booked and even though it was her off day and the weekend, she arrived to escort us to a part outside of the old town and organized transport for us. She really is a star. We really enjoyed our spacious, spotlessly clean and neat apartment with the balcony an added bonus. The location was so perfect in the old town, you could walk everywhere and we were surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. Very close to the Rathuis and market square.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, and even provided a portable A/C upon request. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here

The apartment is in a perfect location, on a quiet street for sleeping but very close to the tram/bus stops, restaurants, shopping and one of the two Christmas markets in Basel. The apartment was immaculate, especially the bathroom. The microwave/oven/toaster combo was very convenient for heating up all kinds of food. We just had to google the model to figure out how to use it. The hairdryer was the best I ever used in any hotel. But what made the stay really great was Maria, the property manager. She was very responsive when I messaged or called her with questions. She was even nicer in person.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. They were big but really flat so we just folded them up. There was a note that we could ask for other pillows but reception was closed on weekends.

Convenient location to tram, restaurants and grocery store. It was great that there was a washing machine available and drying racks. The balcony was great.

The neighbor on the next balcony smoked and talked on his phone. We couldn’t see him but we could hear. The smoke I didn’t like but that isn’t the fault of the property.

Maria sent clear instructions and information prior to our arrival, and we received a warm welcome when we met her. In addition the cleaning staff did a very good job.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. The only recommendation I can think of - Perhaps guests should know of the option to take the bus to the airport, which is very convenient.

Lovely, clean apartment in the heart of Basel. Maria is a fabulous host. Very friendly. She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

The location is unbeatable, very central yet quiet. The manager is a great professional and is very helpful. It makes all the difference. The apartments are functional but a good size and spotless clean.

Although right in the middle of Basel, the room was very quiet, and the balcony allowed some outdoor space. Daily cleanings were a bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff.
