A really lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We were met at reception by Keller who gave friendly and exceptional service. I was travelling with my young son and we were offered not only a room with two single beds, but also an upgrade, which made for a real treat for my son. We didn't ask - it was offered 🤗 We didn't get to dine at the restaurant (too busy exploring the beach and old town offerings), bt it looks lovely. All in a ll a great stay. We will be back! 😎💕

We stayed at the Hotel Rivage in Lutry for two nights at the end of July and were absolutely enchanted. The location is simply spectacular, right on the lake with stunning views that set the perfect holiday mood. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—excellent quality, fresh, and beautifully presented. A charming place we gladly return to.

It is worth noting that parking in Lutry is fairly limited and also rather expensive in the public spaces

The staff at Rivage are incredible! They were all great and Ben was especially kind, helping us with a complex rental car issue. The car rental representatives conitinually hung up on me when I asked for an English speaking person, so he spent a lot of time speaking to the rental company and resolving the issue; he exceeded our expectations in every way! The double room was bigger and cooler than the single, which we appreciate in the heat. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or going on a run. I easily walked to the train station. Visit the UNESCO wineries surrounding the area - you can take the train and get off at Chexbres. The restaurant staff were very nice and the food was good.

Fantastic location with views across Lake Leman or of the rooftops of old Lutry. Beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. The breakfast was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean hotel and beautifully situated with a touch of old world charm.

The only thing I did not like was that I was only able to stay for one night ! As I had arranged to meet friends in another part of Switzerland the following day.

Suberb location. Old meets the new. A feeling of timeless tranquilité mixed with the highest comfort, ancient beautiful soulfull house with the comfort of modern fascilities. Very welcoming staff. Nice big breakfast.

I think some of the guests were smoking above my room. There was a heavy smell of smoke in the bathroom coming from another room. This is unrespectfull from the guests' part.

Primarily, the location couldn't have been better. The hotel is located right next to the boat dock and a few minutes walk to the beach and public swimming area. Also I need to mention the staff at check in, all were very welcoming and friendly. With the summer heat hanging on well into October, we were given a fan which helped us sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower area was large enough to move around comfortably. I recommend this hotel and the town of Lutry for anyone traveling around the charming towns on the shores of Lake Geneva.

The ceiling in our 3rd floor room was low due to the angle of the building's roof line and I hit my head getting out of bed a few times.

A fantastic location on the shores of Lake Geneva, and a historic hotel in the center of Lausanne. Staff was friendly, parking was appreciated though difficult to access. We enjoyed our stay and our room, though a bit pricey (as we stayed in their best room). The views are good, but some issues with the hotel's trees, which could easily be trimmed more often to ensure good views. The hotel is located right on the yacht harbor and near to the ferry dock, with restaurants within walking distance. Being on the promenade, there are also events right there, which we enjoyed. Breakfast was subpar and not worth the price. The hotel restaurant is really staffed for lunch and dinner. Coffee was from a machine only, or if otherwise from the multiple cappuccino machines behind the counter we were never informed. And why not make the machines available? It would have been the one bright spot of the breakfast. One way streets make it difficult to drive to the hotel and drop off luggage, but staff was very helpful, and this was appreciated. Lausanne, like many locations in Switzerland can be pricey for eating out, but several inexpensive restaurants and options were nearby including a wonderful pizza place, and an event where we bought the most wonderful seafood paella we've had in years for 25 francs each.

Delightful stay in the most amazing location! Was really special being able to walk outside and be right on Lake Geneva. Only a few minutes walk from the plage too for swimming! The bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge was great for affordable meals while travelling.

The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. So we had to sit on the stairs whenever we wanted to use wifi - at least there was still a nice view! If you can we would recommend staying in a room with a view but even if you can’t the lake is right outside :)

The staff was extremely pleasant and professional ! Wonderful first impression! The restaurant, service and fare were both exemplary ! Our server was so polite!! Thank you to him!! It would have been great if there was access to an English TV program I was surprised about that! Room was spotless, a bit tight, and some of the exterior trim needs to be painted etc, furniture is showing signs of wear and tear The location on the lake couldn’t have been better and loved the huge window! The view of the moon over the lake was breathtaking! The hotels location in the village was right out of a story book ! I’d highly recommend the hotel!
