The view is awesome from the rooms. SPA have lot of different saunas , pool outside is also great especially in colder weather , pool also have sauna like feature. Private area near lake with floating structure to sit or jump from Location is good if you 1st time to explore Swiss nature by car. Evening restaurant is good , quite expensive ,but comparable to high quality restaurants we have been in different cities. Staff is friendly !

No air conditioning - so bit hot at night , opening window helps (there were no mosquitos - at least at end of Augustus) There is a fan but it's not an ultimate solution. Maybe also summer blankets can help. Breakfast - is OKeish for 4 star hotel , too few veggies , anyhow should be sufficient if you into healthy eating. Some items you need to take with fork to your plate , which is inconvenient.

Cushions were too soft and room was very hit without airco. Fan doesn't really do it (not for that room price) We kept the balcony door open but there was some noise from outside during the night and worse, smoke from adjacent balconies came into our room several times.

There was an excellent breakfast buffet and the evening menu was lovely with Thai and vegetarian options. The spa was a welcome distraction after a day out. The hotel is also dog friendly and they provided dog towels, bowls and a bed for my Aussie Shepherd. She was also allowed in the restaurant.

The hotel beach was further away than I had thought from the images. It was a 5 minute walk down a steep hill which took longer to walk back up. Sadly, due to bad weather we did not get to enjoy the beach front area. There are no other restaurants within a short walking distance. However, it is just a 6 minute drive to Sarnen where there are restaurants.

The spa facilities were unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. The room was smartly furnished and designed. Good view from the balcony. Spectactular view from the top floor of the hotel. Good breakfast. Very good Thai cuisine for dinner.

The hairdryer was very low quality, and the plumbing would benefit from sprucing up.

The location is extraordinary. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor, where there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake. The view is incredibly beautiful. The room, although quite small, is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. :)

Breakfast was very good, but it would be ideal if there was more variety.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with incredible view and great facilities. The spa and pool spaces, internal and external, are absolutely beautiful and very well designed. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Comfortable location for exploring the lake area.

No AC in the rooms, however they do supply a decent fan.

breathtakingly, beautiful location along the lake, amazing, heated, saltwater, pool, and spa, the best facilities I’ve ever experienced also with a Great gym and lovely breakfast with lake view. The staff was incredibly kind and generous, this is the best Swissotel. I’ve stayed at by far, one of the best memories of my life.

There is nothing I did not like about this property, the only thing sad is that I had to leave. I wish I could stay here longer. :)

Was comfortable and provided parking. The spa area was nice and not too busy.

The rooms were disappointing compared to what was shown on the pictures. The rooms were warm but a fan was provided to help with that.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was confortable and clean. The spa was nice. The breakfast was tasty, various and plenty. The restaurant was nice (bit expensive but it's worth it). The body lotion available in the toilet was very nice.

No major issues. I suggest to put an anti slippery system in the shower.
