Lots of different breakfast foods, including some Western ones and cow's milk. The higher floor rooms are more quiet (6th vs. 3rd floor), but neither was too bad, and most streets in the city are noisy. If unlucky, you will have the neighbor's bathroom next to the head of your bed and you hear the sound of water loudly, and the person singing in the shower late at night. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, and it's nice to have big windows that open. Check in time was strict. I liked that the hotel was located less than 10 minutes from the (local) train station and red line MRT, since there isn't a lot going on (besides restaurants) within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay overall! I would definitely return if the price was good.

1. The hotel is located just 10 minutes by walk from the Kaohsiung Main Train station, giving an added advantage to take the metro or the Taiwan Trains comfortably. 2. The Room was neat and clean. We booked a twin room and the size of the beds were comfortable. 3. The room had all the basic facilities, like mini refrigerator and electric kettle. . We received two bottles of complimentary water on daily basis. 4. The hotel provided complimentary tea and snacks between 1400 to 2000 HRS. Snacks options were limited, but we managed to have a hearty meal. 5. Breakfast provided was delicious. Had a variety of food options.

1. The Room did not have a window. There was no natural ventilation or sun light. 2. The size of the room was comparatively small. 3. The staff members were not fluent in English, but they managed to help and understand us.

The room is big enough with a huge and comfortable bed. Bathroom ok with a nice shower and the toilet has the warm up seat. Big window both in the room and in the bathroom. There is a fridge, courtesy water bottles and slippers. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was ok, mostly Asian food but also the possibility to do toasted bread with butter and jam. 5 mins walk from the train station. Lots of shops and minimarkets around. I would definitely stay here again. The staff speaks almost no English which means you don't get any informations about anything and that's quite weird for a 4 star hotel, but if you ask they will do their best to help you.

There are many good things about this hotel. The room was spacious, the bidet was marvellous (full function, not just a water gun), the breakfast was good, the afternoon snack was the best (especially the ice cream). The location was about 6 min walk from the station, but might take longer if you are dragging your suitcases (some of the paths are also not sheltered, so it could be a problem if you plan to walk to the hotel during the rain).

The check in time is relatively late (compared to many other countries).

Hotel close to MRT Station so easy to get around. Clean hotel that you can leave your bags in. Breakfast vast and clean room which got housekeeping. Could leave bags before and after stay for a few hours Price perfect Would come again! .

Late check in Staff were kind enough but no extra effort was made to feel welcomed. Maybe this was due to limited english at reception. Lady running breakfast was great tho - huge welcome and kind No water fountain so unable to get drink of water whilst in hotel Please play some background music at breakfast so it doesbt feel as stale/ ackward - make it more of a friendly atmosphere, it's in the basement with no windows and no light music so very sad place (apart from the staff who was friendly) Fire escape rail in one of our rooms, seemed like a huge think right next to bed stuck in middle of floor - falls risk when getting out of bed this side. Understand it needs to be in room but maybe bed should be moved up to allow better space for it

Clean, strong wifi, standard breakfast. Super friendly staff even they can speak English just a little bit, they are always try to support us as much as they can. Good location, close to bus station and not far from Kaohsiung main station. Comfortable bed, large room small shower/toilet with frost glass door. You can keep luggages at hotel before & after check in without any charges. There are power outlet ports with 220V & 110V available in room.

The bathroom was wonderful (they have the japanese toilet). The staff was very efficient, they helped us by fixing the signal of the tv for example. The breakfast was good: western breakfast consisted of toast bread and jam, the coffee machine made a very good coffee; the choice was wider in the case of chinese breakfast. The laundry is on B1, both waching machine and driyer (you pay 30 ntd each)

The staff does not speak a lot of english and they did not give us the breakfast coupons before 7.

I liked how accommodating the staff were, especially the front desk and breakfast crew. I liked the spacious room with a decent size bathroom. My friend and I loved the breakfast so much we would rather not schedule an early morning ride to sightsee just to enjoy the buffet.

The centralized aircon was a little too cold for my liking, I got runny nose at night but it was also really humid outside so I understand why it’s turned up.

The comfort and cleanness, also the bed was big.

When I booked 2 rooms, it was described each room includes the breakfast but the receptionist said it was not described for them, although it was described for me( I show them my reservation). Therefore, I don’t know whom made the mistake. But, it’s not affected my opinion of being a hotel that has comfort and cleanness.

Value for money. Comfortable facilities for a budget traveller. Bed is okay as well as the shower area. Complimentary supplies like shampoo, bottled water are appreciated.

There was a false fire alarm and we were asked to go down at 1:30 am. We did not understand the language but it sounded like a fire alarm with a panicking receptionist. At least it was fixed and concludedwithin an hour. I believe this was an exceptional instance. Aside from this, i do not have any complaint.
