Amazing Sun Moon Lake view from our room. Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The bike track is just in the front of the property which can take you up all the way to Shuishe Pier or Xiangshan Visitor Centre. Bikes are available from the property too, a highly recommended ride to Xiangshan Visitor Centre not too late in the morning as it can get busy along the bike track later in the day. There is a nice cafe in Xiangshan Visitor Centre too.

The location may be a bit far to walk (15 mins walk) for older people from the Sun Moon Lake Drop Off as I was traveling with my dad who is 81 years. The owner is a very nice guy and very helpful. He has been offering us a lift when there was no bus or when we couldn't find a taxi. There is bus stop not far from the property but not so many buses pass by, trying to get a taxi is hard too, uber doesn't work and there aren't a lot of taxis in Sun Moon Lake.

A nice modern property(B&B) by the lake, with a beautiful lake view. Clean facilities and very nice breakfast. The property owner and stuff are sweet and caring, making sure that our stay is comfortable. They provide all the information we need, including getting boat tickets and renting the bikes(the bikes are delivered to the hotel so we could start our ride immediately since the bike lane is just behind the hotel. Strongly recommend.

The hotel itself was also very spacious and comfortable. But the key highlight really was the team. I had a very good experience at the Sun Moon lake thanks to them. They have been so kind and helpful. Right off the bat when I arrived the owner offered me a snack to take with me while cycling around the lake. They also were very helpful when I didn't take into account the restaurants closing times in the area and didn't know where to eat, they let me eat with them and we had a lovely chat. The day after they also made the extra effort of taking me around to go see the fireflies, albeit we didn't see that many since it was just the start of the season. Their kindness really got to me and I am grateful for how they have gone above and beyond. Thank you Mei Chuan, Mei Tse and Shu Chen.

The owner was very attentive and even he does not speak english, communication was very easy through translation app. The location is convenient, easy to reach by car and you can access restaurants within a 15 min walk by the lake. Room was comfortable, nice bathroom and the soaps provided were of high quality. There are bicycles available to use for free. Breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast is very delicious, thoughtful and hand-made for your customized needs, more over different every morning. The location is great, and has easy access to the most beautiful bike lane. The bed is very comfy, and the owner is very friendly.

It's a pity that they don't offer free bikes to use, but they could rent bikes from outside for you with a discount.

The hotel management was so nice and welcoming. They're very knowledgeable on the area and were very informative on what activities/attractions/events were going on around the hotel and how to best plan our days to maximize our time at Sun Moon Lake. On top of that, the hotel breakfast was very delicious. Each morning, we were greeting by a freshly prepared breakfast meal downstairs. Not only was the food delicious, it was plated with care. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for people. Happy traveling! :)

Location- The property is located next to the lake. And you can see the sunrise from balcony. Staff-The boss is helpful and friendly. His service is terrific. When we left our travel adapter behind, he rode motorcycle to chase after us to return. And he will provide service beyond expectation. Cleanliness-The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

It will be good if they can provide bicycles for guests to cycle around the lake.

Located by the lake, short walk along boardwalk to the town. Rooms facing the lake faces East so you can catch the sunrise from your balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Chef presents breakfast beautifully. A few parking spaces in front of accommodation, else you can park across the road.

overlooking the lake, quiet area, wonderful owners, new property and very well maintained. breakfast was simple but nice. the owners were very nice, they drove us to the bus station for free everyday. and on our first night pointed to us to walk a little farther out and we will see beautiful night sky. must stay in sun moon lake!

Super friendly and helpful owner and staff! Charming location directly on the lake. Great breakfast. The staff helped to order bikes. Lovely cycle path along the lake. Fine restaurant in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay! Very much recommended!
