Nice and helpful staff, easy late check-in, cute place.

A lot of mosquitoes because there was no screens for the windows. Hard for old people like us to sleep on a loft bed.

The property is close to Beimen station and accessible to major attractions of the Ximending area. The one assisting us is really helpful and responds quickly in Whatsapp. She made sure our stay was comfortable despite the language barriers. Kudos to the hardworking attendants! We also had free water refills everyday!

The house security key was only one and as travelling as a group makes it quite inconvenient. Hoping there was two for guests for a group.

We stayed at room 800. Its cute loft apartment. Its small but functional. It got everything we needed. My kids liked it. The location is convenient. About 5 minutes to ximending and 10 minutes to taipei station and 20 minutes walk to dihua old street.

The apartment can accommodate for up to 6 people. I wish there are more stools available instead of two only. It also might be great to have a microwave available in the apartment.

The woman at the front desk is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The check-in process is quick The equipments are great, we like the washing machine and the dryer The hotel is located in the good place, next to MRT green line, red line and purple line (Airport line), only few steps away from Ximending night market. From here you can also easily take bus 965 to go to Jiufen (very convenient).

We stayed here twice on our first trip to Taipei. Refridge, water, soap, shampoo, washing machine and a hostess that is outta this world quick to respond. Excellent customer service, comfortable and safe. Elevator to get you to your room. Plus, so many great things within walking distance. You certainly can’t go wrong here. We rented the one bedroom and we did not like it as much as the 2 br with a balcony (unusable but gave you some extra room - no chairs)

Steps up to the bedroom are interesting and the last step is about 2’ tall. You can’t stand up in the bedroom unless you are under 4’5”. Had to crawl over the bed to crawl to stairs to go to the bathroom. Not a good setup. Cleaning the second time wasn’t as good - kitchen sink area was all sticky. We were in the 11th floor and the neighbors child was prone to many meltdowns out in the hall area. Wish the 3rd floor two br had been available.

Plus, so many great things within walking distance. You certainly can’t go wrong here.

Could use a mirror outside the bathroom and a hand towel for the bathroom sink and one for the kitchen. Just two minor things.

Clean and comfortable flat. Location is top, just a few meters from the green line (metro) and main railway station. Speed WiFi. Nearby (Ximending) you can find many restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Staff is very kind.

Kitchen is very basic. There's nothing to clean, wash and dry. In the flat there's only a fancoiler for AC and it was cold inside.

CJ Hotel is actually more of an airbnb style. Their units are located in a condo. Location is superb, just 6-7 mins walk to Xi Men Ding and 3 mins walk to Bei men train station since it is just right across the street. The duplex room is a loft style apartment, very spacious. Since we stayed at the 11th floor, noise was not an issue. Do note that the hotel is located by the roadside, and has many eateries nearby, staying at low levels may have noise disturbances. Side note, housekeeping services only includes changing of bath towels, clearing of rubbish and not making of bed (not an issue for us)

Bed on the second floor of the apartment was a little too soft. Washing machine provided required 2.5hrs of washing time, so do wash early if needed. Dryer is located on the 2nd floor, money used for dryer can be refunded upon checkout.

Spacious, comfortable, located within walking distance to Taipei Main and other nice areas in the city. They were able to accommodate our later check in time as well.

It can be quite noisy from the 8-lane main road out front - you'd think there's a window open somewhere but it's just that noisy. It would have been nice if the bed blankets were sized up, it would make sharing the bed/blanket a little more comfortable. It also would be nice to add a 2nd mirror somewhere else in the room, outside of the bathroom! Hand towels would have also been nice.

The apartment is very centrally located, but right on a main road so if you’re a sensitive sleeper I would suggest bringing ear plugs.

There is a little scent of sewage that comes up from the bathroom drain. It only really bothered me when I came into the room, but it was enough that I went and bought incense.
