A1 Hotel is the best Hotel in Arusha.oh man the staff is very friendly I feel like my home. They are very kind ,caring, famous for their gracious hospitality .This is the right place to stay.My mom and brother booked here for a week. It was wonderful. I'm sure I will be back in soon and book here. Keep doing the good Job 👍 Rooms: 5/5

Great location by Arusha airport. Really comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very spacious. Good parking.

Some might find the decor a little dated, but the place was perfectly clean and perfectly equipped.

Great facilities. Huge rooms. Nice swimming pool. Lovely layout amongst gardens and trees. Very close to Arusha Airport.

The location and polite staff Beautiful environment. Security was good

Poor breakfast The restaurant was slow and took time to refill the buffet. Had to wait for long for breakfast. They seem not prepared to handle big numbers . Breakfast served cold. Toiletries lacking in the rooms. Alot of mosquitoes. Rooms are not fumigated for mosquitoes. Broken furniture in the restaurant.

We booked this hotel and received a confirmation then 5 minutes later they sent a message to say they had no rooms. I hope they do not charge me.
